Plomb Tools

I could imagine there would be a small army of the WF stamped Plombs laying around over there. The WF stamp stands for Wright Field (now Wright-Patterson AFB) which was a major contract distribution point during WWII. Every US Military base and vehicle had them on hand and it's easy to imagine there are still a good deal of them there. The War Finish stamped ones were different. They were the civilian models and as hard as they are to find here, I'd say finding one on your side of the pond would be next to impossible.

I'd like have a set up to at least 1", but finding the bigger sizes is extremely hard to do. I've never seen one over 11/16 but I know they existed. Most War Finish combos you do find tend to be 9/16, 3/8, or 1/2". I suppose I've got the rest of my life to look, lol
