Framer joe
Saw these at Lowe's. Never saw the number 4ah on a battery or a 2ah...don't look like larger cells, just a new sticker? ....a pic of the old style and the new package... dilloncorr
Interesting combination of ah. That would be perfect for General contractors.... never have enough of the 2 ahs but an sds isn’t really practical with the 2ahs. I’ve been buying the guys 2ahs and flexvolt 9ahs for small tools and high draw tools respectively. We use the power packs as backup power sources in our older hospitals all the time so it’s worth the extra weight to have plenty of 9ahs hanging around... this might convince me Otherwise... ChrisK
All I have outside of a couple of flexvolt batteries are 5.0s and a couple of 2.0s. My framer runs best and longest with the 5.0s (or flexvolts) i stopped using 4.0s on it, they could not keep up.
Babysaw
I bought four of the new slim pack and I couldn’t be happier. While I haven’t tried them on a nailer, the dcb230 allows higher drain in the 20v mitre and planer.
