There is a ice cream brand called Mado, it seems they were going to open branches in Canada just before the pandemic, I don't think it happened, they have branches in Australia though, I am not sure but I think they did have a branch in US before and they want to reintroduce their brand to US again. They use goat milk for their ice cream and also powder from a plant root which makes the texture of the ice cream like cartilage. I London there is an ice cream shop selling this ice cream.
