chachi1320
I had a motor issue with my drill, pulled it all apart to clean it up... When I was putting it back together, I got the, "hey dad, check this out..." which caused me to allow the transmission to slip out of my hand and onto the floor exploding into all of its individual pieces. I got it all back together, except for this one pesky part which seems to be critical. Once pressure is put on the chuck (such as being held) the motor just spins, something is not locking into place. I have attached a picture of the part in question... I haven't quite given into buying a new transmission yet, but I am close.... the drill is old, but still works like a champ (after the motor cleaning!). Thanks for the help! kjones
Wish I could help, but I am useless on the inside of the tools!
kanxrus
I don't have a clue what that is either, and I've taken many of these apart. I'd take it into a service center. Sorry.
