kjones Posted October 8, 2012 Report Share Posted October 8, 2012 That is the compact battery, so essentially has a lot less gas in the tank. It will run the saw, but the saw will drink that battery very quickly. 18 volts is 18 volts, so the power will be the same/nearly the same, your run time per charge will just be very short.
