xleo Posted April 13, 2015 Report Share Posted April 13, 2015 hello, i have makita screw driver BTD 146few days ago something smoked from it inside, i open it and i mention the burn area is on the mosfet located on the switch.i cant find anyware which mosfet is it, any one can help with it? give me its model?i have tried to switch to mosfet i had lay around, but it wont work, when connecting the power supply and push the switch the led is turn on but the motor wont start.am i right is it just the wrong fet? any idea anyone?thanks in advanced Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
