DR99
They are made with out finger tips on a few of the fingers. That's an issue I have with gloves is you lose that dexterity. http://www.amazon.com/IRWIN-Tools-Carpenter-Gloves-432003/dp/B0000EI9BA/ref=sr_1_34?m=A2L77EE7U53NWQ&ie=UTF8&qid=1435599629&sr=8-34&keywords=irwin
DR99
Maybe its just me but I have the hardest time with screws and nails using gloves. It's like I get stupid fingers once I put on gloves.
Bigmikez
I have a pair of gorilla gloves that I got from HD they fit real snug and there pretty thin I use those for light duty and for bigger projects I use my mechanix gloves which I kinda have a hard time grabbibing bolts and screws. Chris
Those gloves look decent, I'd prefer them all to be fingerless. The only gloves I like to wear when working with hardware (automotive work) are the Diamond Grip by Microflex. The only way I'd ever wear full on gloves when using screws and nails if it was so cold outside that my hands were frozen.
Northern Rebel
Those gloves look pretty awesome actually.
RickyMcGrath
They may be trying to appease smart phone and tablet users. You know how hard it is to answer a touch screen phone with certain gloves on?
DR99
I though some companies were putting finger tips that worked with touchscreens on them. I think the new Milwaukee work gloves have it.
Northern Rebel
Much easier to handle screws and nails with fingerless gloves.
ghostshadow
I though some companies were putting finger tips that worked with touchscreens on them. I think the new Milwaukee work gloves have it. Yeah there's tons of them now with capacitive threads in the tips. The Wells Lamont 7649L and the Mechanix "The Original Touch" are both pretty popular work gloves that have capacitive finger tips. I personally prefer the Mechanix if I were to choose a pair to wear. The Wells Lamont are a tad too bulky in the finger tip area to get a good grip on screws. I prefer not wearing gloves when it's possible, though.
RickyMcGrath
I though some companies were putting finger tips that worked with touchscreens on them. I think the new Milwaukee work gloves have it.I'm sure they do. I know I've seen winter gloves that are touch screen friendly. My only issue is the size of the keyboard compared to the glove fingers. I know some people with fat fingers struggle hitting keys on a touch screen enough as it is.
regopit
We used to call them framers gloves. I started to use gloves more when they started to use OSB my hand are like a splinter magnet. I just cut the tips out of my own gloves
