Looking for a obsolete milwaukee part

I'm new here and need a part for my Milwaukee drill, model 0222-1 . The part number is 38-50-5660 . It;s the spindle that the chuck threads onto. The threads on it are the weak point. I've been calling the service centers in my general area ( Conn. ), but no luck so far. The 0222-1 drill has 3-4 different spindles, depending on serial number. Mine falls within 430-384000 and 430-864000. I'd even buy a broken one for parts if it falls within those 2 serial numbers. Any suggestions for a source for obsolete parts? Any help is appreceated.

I posted the pic of the part as my avatar so you could see what I need.T

Thanks,

Barry
