  1. We use to have that saw and it's awesome. Unfortunately don't know the height of the base. You can always shim it up if it's to low but if it's to high, its a pain in the arse.
  2. Nothing I know about by you. This is crazy you can't find it. Hopefully things start to get better soon.
  3. Yes, we had other obligations before we knew the event was taking place.
  4. Welcome and that is awesome. Post some pictures of items you have restored, always cool to see.
  5. Agree 100%. That is just a cool looking truck.
  6. I hate to say it but it's an impossible question to answer. Are you cutting 2x4's, 2x12's, plywood (what thickness), are you cutting pine boards or hardwood. Put it this way, if you have 2 batteries, you will be fine cutting all day no matter what you are cutting unless you are just ripping 3/4" plywood for decking all day, but if that is the case this saw wouldn't be the best fit. If you are a home owner looking for a good saw for house projects and you have 2 batteries, you will be fine. Sorry, it's just hard to say how many cuts you will be doing per charge.
  7. Good question. To be honest I haven't heard much about the new releases. I received an email with some of the tools I think they had a belt sander and an inverter that looked cool. Didn't realize they had a new gen of drills and impacts, will have to take a look.
  8. Welcome to the forum and TIA
  9. I will reach out to my cabinet maker. The hardware he uses seems to be really good.
  10. I like the new Hilti Grinder. Powerful and just a awesome platform. I like the 3D plan for sensing it offers. Metabo is also know for having some of the best angle grinders. If not, Milwaukee, Dewalt, Makita, Bosch all make great grinders.
  11. Welcome to the forum. Where in Illinois. I am NW subs of Chicago.
  12. No idea. That is weird. The only thing I can think is either a problem with the cell or something with the circuit board but total guess. I take it all the connectors are clean?
