I am a Hilti guy. Bosch would be up there also. When I was a Labor for a large construction company, used a variety of tools and Hilti and Bosch never let me down. They always worked.
If I had a 3d printer, that would be awesome and would like to have something like this. Now I am out to see if I can find someone with a 3d printer. To me, those are perfect. Simple.
I had a 2003 Sierra 1500 SLT and sold it with 100K. Loved that truck. I had to sell it because I have two kids and the extended cab wasn't big enough in the back for them.
What cars do I miss? Great question and I know I am going off track because I am sure you are looking for a specific car but I really miss the old muscle cars and the cars that had style. I am not saying the cars today don't have style but some Hondas look like Mercedes and so forth. Yes, I can appreciate the battery power cars with the power and technology but I still love hearing and feeling an engine when I take off. I love how older cars had style and you could tell them a part. I could go on and on but I know you are looking for specific vehicles.
Had the first generation Dewalt and it was awful. Very cool with the Makita, never knew they had one out. However I am on the same page and I have my old school Bosch, along with my Franklin stud finder and both do a great job for what I need.
I like the set up in the drawer but don't have a drawer big enough. I could make one for the wall or something but don't use them enough to justify taking the space up. Blade buddy is nice but expensive. Maybe I am just too cheap.
I am pretty sure Bosch either makes that or they were going to make it. I thought I saw it about a year ago being released or working on but may be wrong.
I don't read magazines, I am lucky if I can even find time to read at all. Your right, Magazines just have so many ads and not a lot of content. I do subscribe to small small publications that are about 6 pages and I get that once a month.
