  1. The only thing I need at this time is some nice ratcheting combination wrenches and a nice ratchet and some more impact rated sockets. I only have deep well sae right now I need to get both metric and shallow sae. I would be pretty set for what I work on. I would kill for some of the new fuel impact wrenches and the non fuel ratchets.
  2. One thing they should have though of is a storage spot on the tool to store the different drill chucks. If i really needed an sds drill I think I would get a Metabo that chuck swapping its pretty sweet. I know they make normal chuck ends for sds drills but they add a lot of length and bulk to the tool that's all nice and slick. Nice review why did you change up from youtube?
  3. Husky tools are nothing special but some one might need a cheap air tool. http://www.homedepot.com/h_d1/N-5yc1vZc6xj/h_d2/Navigation?catalogId=10053&langId=-1&storeId=10051

    Brushless Hammer drill

Are you wanting a sidewinder or wormdrive Chase?
  5. I get why Eric chose the Dewalt over the fuel it's a pretty heavy drill weight wise, and that 20v drill is pretty compact if you see the 2 compared with them. I still prefer keeping a 12v and 18v line of tools. The only thing I would like too see is a M12 tool that would take 2 batteries for some of the tools where you need the power like Makita has for the 36v tools. It's really the cutting tools where you need the massive power I think we are hitting a wall with cordless drills power wise any more and we are going to be snapping wrists.
  6. And Dewalt must be giving out either some good drugs or some cash because Wayne and Eric both signed up on the Dewalt train this week!
  7. It sucks I have the Paslode Lithium Framing and finish nailer. They were pretty expensive and now they kind of out classed now. The Dewalt nailers have no butane smell, the noise is next to nothing, and you don't have to worry about now having fuel canisters and them expiring. I like Milwaukee but that's a cool tool. How much was it I know if I really wanted one I could order one off toolstop.co.uk but it would be a grey market too with no warranty the last time I check it was like 800 usd for the whole kit with batteries.
  8. That makes the most sense they want to see how well it performs and sells over there, but a no fuel cordless nailer is a game changer. Paslode has to be slightly worried they are top dog in the USA for cordless nailers at the moment. The big thing is the Paslode probably hits harder, but the Dewalt will be better in cold weather and can bump fire also.
  9. That's not making it over here till some time during 2014. Dewalt and their tool releases I can't figure it out.
  10. I want a video tour with multiple high angle shots and sweeping pan's of the screwdriver plus it needs directors commentary track about the emotions of shooting a screwdriver review. j/k
  11. The Milwaukee Pop Radio Gun will have 5.1 surround sound, bluetooth, wireless internet, gps navigation, and the ability to rivet things poorly.
  12. The deal for today is the M18 4 piece combo kit. http://www.cpooutlets.com/factory-reconditioned-milwaukee-2696-84-m18-18v-cordless-lithium-ion-4-tool-combo-kit/milr2696-84,default,pd.html
  13. Some people buy tons of guns for the zombie apocalypse Conductor buys ratchets by the dozen or more.
  14. Yea pretty much for the most part.

    Vacation

Have some fun on the Trip Chase it sounds much better than spreading mulch I helped a friend do that it sucked ass. Anyhow wave to to the Statue of Liberty for me.
  16. That's pretty cool. It's funny there are so many superior fasteners, but for the most part everyone uses phillips screws still. Man that's a bummer we don't even get the good Metabo stuff here guess the Germans are afraid of what we would build if we got their good tools. I had a quick question for Wayne how much cross over from metric to conventional measurements do you have in the uk? I know from watching topgear you use MPH over KPH on your roads so your not fully metric over in the uk either. I would guess fasteners are metric but what about dimensional lumber?
  17. Similar but I don't no what he does in detail there is a lot of different things going on with IT work.
  18. Man I dunno whats worse my love for electronic gadgets and computers or power tools and such.
  19. I consider myself an advanced diyer. The daily money maker is IT work.
  20. You just have to be smart about it and kill the main breaker or pull the meter. I really should have became an electrician the rates they charge are just insane I'm fine doing most 120v stuff, but anything bigger freaks me out. I have gotten really good at plumbing now with shark bite fittings and pex piping it makes plumbing really easy now.
  21. How are Danner boots? I have heard good thing about the stuff they make.
  22. The big purchase I would like to have is a generator large enough to run the ac and a few other basics on the house. Knock on wood the electrical service has been really good from the big east coast blackout we haven't had a major outage.
  23. If i had conductors budget I would want to get a 3d printer just so I could make tons of stuff. I wish I had better wood working ability I think some really fancy wooden cell phone/tablet cases would sell fairly well.
  24. If he ever does need to sell it the resale on the compact tractors is really good. The only thing I would want is a front end loader and excavator attachment its the ultimate adult Tonka toy. I would be digging and filling up tons of holes in the back yard.
  25. It looks like the setup they have for the holidays I don't know if that's your seasonal area, but the HD by me has an area like that.
