    Dewalt 9ah

Thanks for sharing that, great to know!
  2. I'll be reaping the be if it's with the 60v in my framer. That thing eats through 4.0s!
  3. And I thought I was a badass with a leatherman
  4. Also remember the DCB101/102/103 and 119 are still 12v it seems the chargers that are cross compatible with the 60v line don't include the 12v port. Maybe too much juice for the higher cap batteries and the little guys can't take it?
  5. Hey Jeff, yup a few of them including this one... http://www.acmetools.com/shop/tools/dewalt-dw088lg?cm_mmc=Google-_-PRODUCTFEED-_-DEWALT-_-DW088LG&CAWELAID=600009240000728227&CAGPSPN=pla&CAAGID=43205429411&CATCI=aud-72848052701:pla-87320577941&catargetid=600009240005328124&cadevice=m&gclid=Cj0KEQiAhs3DBRDmu-rVkuif0N8BEiQAWuUJr5ShMuX8IlI-5IwNh4fwy2FxNiAHoqEY9MozDe-z3VgaAo5m8P8HAQ
  6. Welcome to the forum dude. I used to have one years ago, an aluminum box. It was rock solid, the latches worked well and the spring assist was great. I had it mounted in my '12 Ram. I don't use a box any longer though.

That's not a battery that is a friggin power plant. Holy crud that thing is big!
  8. Helping a brother out....and that's why TIA is so cool.
  9. A union up here threatened to shut down school operations and it caused quite a ruckus with all of the towns and the State for several weeks. Thankfully they backed off but man, that would have been a headache for us and small potatos compared to what you just said.
  10. Yay! I'd like to see some more stuff come out outside of lasers, I have a couple of Bosch ones I use and don't need any more.
  11. I haven't tried them so can't say but I've got a set of Bench Dog ones I like quite a lot.
  12. Awesome Not Carl! I hope you like it but it's a slippery slope. Thankfully the cost keeps me in line
  13. Had to go there didn't ya?
  14. Did they come out and say they are ending the line yet? They have the new lasers but I haven't heard anything else. No new tools coming out for a while now.
  15. Good! There shouldn't have been any to begi with but good!
  16. Geesh, didn't know about that one! I've been pretty lucky with mine thus far but....my Kapex concerns me more. I have been reading about some motor burn out problems. That would be an expensive fix.
  17. I had no idea. Like I said, I've used Milwaukee warranty (brand new tools needing repair after a failure) whereas I've never had an issue with a Dewalt tool failing but in Milwaukees case, they provided shipping labels, free pick up and delivery and I had new tools for replacement. If I have a Dewalt tool fail, it'll be a first time for me using the warranty but I will be able to speak on it from that experience. I guess I'd like to see Dewalt handle a failure in the same fashion but thus far I haven't had to try it.
  18. You bring up a good point. Milwaukee does have a better warranty, God knows I've used it several times to prove the point. I've only had to call Dewalt CS for a technical question (using a stacked dado) about my old contractor saw. I haven't had to send in any tools for repair though so I cannot speak to the warranty process.
  19. And this is why a TIA topic goes south. So quickly...so quickly....
  20. Or quite as pretty I imagine
