We finally have the glass in except the windshield. It is going in tomorrow since I'm off for "spring" break. We might be putting the bed on tomorrow as well. My dad and I should be starting on the engine soon. So far the only bad thing is since the cab is chopped there is a large lack of headroom, being 6' 2" doesn't help either. The pictures are of the finished rear end and the interior. If the carpet looks wavy it is because it isn't fully glued down yet.

I don't think that the tools draw enough amperage to make a difference. If it was a high draw tool such as a recip saw or circ saw it would definitely make a difference. I don't know how many amps the motors draw but i think the compact batteries can handle an 80 amp max draw. I don't think an impact driver can draw near that much. If someone could find how many amps the motors draw we could figure out the answer.

The last test suprised me the most. The adaptor will cut down on torque some, not much, but it will be noticeable. Great video Javier.

It will but it will have to cycle more often. You could check Craigslist too.

If it is in your budget I would get the 33 gallon one. If not the 20 gallon one would work. The oil less ones are super loud as well so keep that in mind. Ingersoll rand makes good air tools. I will post the link to the craftsman one I have. It is quiet and has more than enough power and I haven't had a single issue with it. http://m.craftsman.com/productdetails.do?partNumber=00919984000P&fromPage=keywordResult

The next te they have a sale I am getting the high torque and compact ones.

They aren't rebranded Milwaukee's.

That is why I don't buy from tool trucks Javier. Hey Frankie do you know that ac delco makes cordless tools? I am going with them for 12v tools. I have their die grinder that Dan and Eric gave me and I will eventually get the ratchet. The ratchet gets 57 ft-lbs of torque and they make a 12v impact that gets 127 ft- lbs.

Some of the prices are way higher, some are barely higher.

He would be fabulous though.

The spm is 0-3000 and the stroke length is 5/8. Here is a link on toolguyd about it. toolguyd.com/milwaukee-m12-fuel-brushless-hackzall-saw/

Well astro does have theirs now.

That cart is a good idea. Glad to hear back.

Looks great!

I'm not at all. I bought the tool to use it not to look pretty. I clean my tools when I am done using them for whatever I was using them for though. Nothing is more aggravating to me than going to grab a greasy or dirty tool.

Welcome to the forum.

I haven't serviced any of mine yet. My main ratchets aren't that old though. I have a few older ratchets that wouldn't hurt to be serviced. I have an old 60's ratchet (don't remember the brand though) it wasn't engaging on every swing, I gave it a little oil and it was fine.

Looks great! I like that color of hardwood flooring you put in.

My wallet doesn't though.

Once I get into tech school I will probably buy more tools. I need more metric tools and better cordless tools.
-
Get duplicates, you never know when two of something will come in handy.
-
I don't have near as many sockets, pliers or screwdrivers as you though. I probably have 250 sockets, 50 screwdrivers and 25 pliers. Basically half.
-
I have 15 sets of wrenches.
