  1. Hell yes. That's are great idea. I wonder can they make a 8V dremel?
  2. When I think of the newer craftsman power tools. I compared it to Ryobi, Black and Decker nowdays. The old corded one they made are great. Every single saw my landlord owned are craftsman. Ciruclar saw, Table saw, Miter saw and tile saw. They all look like at least 10years old. But they all work great. I think they still make decent quality corded tools, but definitely not cordless tools. Like conductor said, there was a time when Craftsman power tools were some of the best out there. Those days long gone!
  3. If toolnut.com has it for $50 each. I will definitely buy both:) just saying... Lol....
  4. I guess he meant for toolnut.com
  5. Hum... IR tool does look like getting better and better. Too bad none of the store or shop carry them on the island I live on:(
  6. Did you happened to take a picture of it at least?
  7. It is weird that if dewalt really did soft lurch a brushless angle drill without advertising it. But I can see the brushed angle drill being on clearance, because I don't see too not much people going to buy it often enough and for it being brushless even kind of a shock, since how often people will use it as a every day use tool... well, I guess flamer does. Plus there has all kind of good angle drill attachment on the market that will get the job done for $20 to $30 bucks. Why would dewalt release a brushless angle drill instead of other tool like circular saw or other more everyday use tool. Anyway I could be wrong tho. Like DR99 said strange things does happened in the tool world:)
  8. Nice. Thats really nice mod you did for the trolley. Looks great....
  9. Alot of time if you have the p103 and p104 battery packs use 5 and 10 Samsung SDI INR18650-13Q cells. I usually only find one or two cell of 5 are bad. If you have more than 2 bad ryobi p103 you often can use the 2 packs to make one pack to work. It just my idea;) or if you have a few you can sell the broken packs on ebay for $20ea. Trust me people will buy them. At least I bought a few not working p103 packs for 40bucks on ebay and costed me another 10bucks with an hour and half of work to get all 3 fixed before.
  10. Wow! I felt horrible to see that ryobi response. Good replied back from you tho. Ryobis battery packs are pretty bad. I fixed and custom rebuilt 6 or 7 of them so far. Like Dr99 mentioned. Ryobi battery packs circuit board always failed and ended up kill the li-ion cells. Also they have bad p113 chargers. If you endeds up still can't deal with them under the warranty. Maybe you can try it a try to fix yours with this youtube video clip help you to fix your p103 battery packs.
  11. I never know Ridgid owned by Emerson electronic. But I do know TTI owns most of the homedepot contracted tools. I wonder is that mean TTI owns Emerson electronic as well? I also know where exactly is the TTI headquarter in Hong Kong. It was a few subway station away from where I used to lived;) I meant TTI is a huge China own company. They do own a lot of power tool brands....
  12. Warranty first for sure. Just like Harold said, Glad it was the impact fell, not you. Impact can replace, but not the Conductor;)
  13. What a great saw you got! I love my corded Milwaukee sawzall. But I heard hilti makes the best long lasting tools. Even tho the price are way higher than other. But they do have life time warranty on their tool tho, cant bet that;)
  14. I'm like everybody else. I clean them everytime after I used them and put them back in the hard case. I guess I should say I baby all my dewalts a lot more than my ryobis... But thats why I have both. I kinda abuse my ryobis. Since I almost don't care if they break or get lost. But I'm gonna say I'm very impressed of my green ryobi set( some blue one I still have) that I have been using for over 3years. They are still holding up well, but I have to fix 2 of the 3 battery packs I got. Which it doesn't cost much to fix on the older li-ion pack;)
  15. Thats a great deal. Thanks, Javier;)
  16. Check out toolnut.com. they got really fair price for them with free shipping;)
  17. I agreed. Wera bits VS. New Dewalt FlexTorq bits will be awesome. I saw too much video with Milwaukee shackwave vs. Dewalt impact ready bits. Dewalt bits are way tougher the shackwave. Dont get me wrong. I used to like the Milwaukee shackwave bits. But then the dewalt impact ready bits came out I have been liking them every since. I heard a lot of good things about Wera bits tho, but my local store didnt carry them:( and I'm more than happy with my dewalt impact ready bits for now;)
  18. If anybody got the set and dont mind to sell me just the reip. saw for a good price please let me know;)
  19. Wow. What a super deal dr99! Only $269 with the couple code for this set. Its like more than $130 off for the set plus free upgrade to 2x 2.0ah packs. How can you find this kind of smoking deal all the time, you are awesome, man. Too bad. All I want is the recip. saw from the set;( but very great find.
  20. awesome. Nice post Mr. Yellow;) And seems like the only site available for purchase in US is at www.powertoolsupercenter.com from toolnut.com advertise link. Also thanks for the heads up and info. from chadlanthier. Here are the 2 links for the DCL050 and DCL060 http://www.powertoolsupercenter.com/mobile/Product.aspx?ProductCode=DCL050 http://www.powertoolsupercenter.com/mobile/Product.aspx?ProductCode=DCL060
  21. Oh. Got it... thanks! wonder how much is the shipping? It doesn't show till check out. I meant $65 is already kind of bit for a work light. Free shipping would be nice; )
  22. I know what you meant, my friend. I was going to built up my tstak line. But then tought box was available in my local store and just a little more for the price with toughness. I just have to go with it. I don't think. Would go for the cart anytime soon tho. Hopefully by then the price will drop even lower;)
  23. Still can't find it at tool nut. Can you post the link please.
  24. Oic. Thanks. But I ended up bought a Large Case ToughSystem DWST08203. It was only $15buck more than the tstak deep box. Its a little bigger and tougher overall. And when my circular saw and battery in the case. With the tray it still fit in okay and close. I'm happy with it. About the 2 dewalt 20V new led work lights. They looks awesome. I'm all about the 3 led one dcl050. Eventho the dcl060 floor light seems to be great use. And for 65bucks a piece tho(not sure is it price in Australian dollar) I think its still worth it;) btw I think you meant toolguyd not tool nut. Right? Can't seems to find them at toolnut.
  25. Do you happened know. If the tough system have lifetime warranty or the 3years only.
