  1. I like the DWS780 it is on my radar. I really like the shadow that is cast on your work to show your kerf. I wonder how that is in a bright shop or outside. All of the saws that Chris mentioned would be welcomed into my shop with open arms.
  2. I saw those at one of our suppliers. The Wilton B.A.S.H. (Bad Ass Sledge Hammer) when my current sledge gives up the ghost I will be buying one of those. I would like to see them make a Maul for driving stakes.
  3. My shop is the same way. There are a couple of us myself included that are loaded to the hilt. I have what you have plus about 4 cases of fasteners from drywall screws to door hardware. Grinders, concrete tools, screw guns, saws, you name it. I like the fact that when I get to a job I rarely have to go shopping. When the guys ask me "Hey J, you got a grinder with a diamond wheel, a tube of silicon and some 2-3/4" Tapcons in your truck?" It makes me feel part hero and part contestant on Lets Make a Deal! Haha
  4. I would hire him for those hard to reach areas that need one last spike. That's pretty cool.
  5. The hybrid LED is awesome. I had to show some restrain at Depot yesterday and put is down, but I will have one. As for the accuracy of the saw. It cuts casing just fine. You have to take it apart and clean up the base every now and then (year or so depending on jobs) and lube it up. Also make sure to work with a fresh battery, don't try to run it on a dying batt cause it will start to labor and get a little sloppy. I still run old NiCad batts on mine, I need to get it a lithium or two.
  6. They are great so far. I put them to work right away. We will see how they hold up over time but right now I'm happy with them.
  7. The bit holder near the base, is that molded into the body or a clip on? I'd like to have something like that on my Milwaukee impact. It would be nice to carry a couple #2's and #3's
  8. Looks real good! Is it as solid as it looks?
  9. You have my attention! I just picked up the 18v porter-cable radio for $20 NIB, so I don't neeeeed one but....
  10. Nice setup, looks clean and efficient. And welcome back to the forum!
  11. When she rolls into a stampin' up party everyone looks at her in slow motion and whispers to each other, and the background music is "Like a BOSS!" Lol
  12. She said she wanted a little kit for around the house, you know tightening cabinet knobs and what not. Like I said oh well lol...I wonder if she would like a few Dewalt Tough boxes?
  13. Chris, I blame you for my new obsession with getting more clamps. I didn't even need any more...that was until I saw your Dewalt XL's. I'm starting small with the minis, but looking forward to adding more to the rack.
  14. Nice snag Comp! I like what you are doing with the racking very good ideas.
  15. Just a quick pick me up. Bout the knife and screwdrivers for the wife's tool bag, she didn't want them oh well more for me. Should have bought her the Milwaukee 8-piece set!
  16. Nice little spree you went on there. I need to go scratch my itch at the store tomorrow.
  17. I need to pick up a vise with one of those, so I can yell "Nobody messes with my Hardy Hole!" And mean it. That was fun!
  18. For what is is intended for its awesome. It will not do what your 10-12" sliders will but it's not in the same ballpark. That being said though I have done hardwood floor jobs and many trim jobs with it. Take it from room to room and plop it right on the floor. Just make sure you have a quality blade and always have a battery or two charging.
  19. I worked for a tower engineering firm and had to watch that video. Much respect for the men and women that do this. My brother-in-law leads a climbing crew and his pics a much like Jordan's...terrifying
  20. It's weird. They started ou the size of a piece of luggage, slimmed down to something you could accidentally swallow, and are ramping back up again. I hate cell phones, it's a glorified leash that everyone knows it on my hip whenever I'm awake.
  21. Judging by the title I almost said your addiction has gone to far. TIA needs to start picking people up in white coats!
  22. I'm on the edge of my seat! WHAT IS IT?!
  23. I need one to come my way, I just bought 100' of 3/8" flexzilla air hose and need a reel for real cheap.
  24. Geographical disadvantage...from what I know TIA is in Barrinton,IL that puts me about 15 mins away from ground zero of the madness!
