  1. Wow, thank you all for the great responses. I've decided that I'm gonna go with the M12 Impact 2453-22 w/ Free M12 Hackzall 2420. After reading all your opinions, It was the clear winner here. I figured that I would get more use out of having 2 tools, rather than 1 screwdriver. I agree with you here. I don't like drilling with an impact too much.
  2. (Hand Raised) I'm with you brother. <---for some reason I had Macho Man Randy Savage's voice in my head lol
  3. That's a really nice collection Ricky!
  4. I love Hot Glue, it has so many uses. I've used it to secure wires after soldering on motherboards. Hot Glue works well for quickly making jigs and fixtures in a pinch. Lately, I've switched from using Hot Glue to using 2P-10 ( A product by FastCap ). It's similar to regular old Krazy Glue but it's much better. Hot Glue is great, but I gotta wait a few minutes for the gun to heat up. With 2P-10, there is no waiting and there is no heat. Here's a video overview of the glue.
  5. It's funny that you mentioned replacing the DeWalt DCF 886 with the 2453. I've pretty much done the same thing. I still have my DeWalt DCF 886 Impact Driver and the DeWalt DCD 795 Hammer Drill/Driver, I haven't used them since I picked up the 2406 and the 2453. I'm gonna trade in the DeWalts and get $100 bucks instant savings on the Milwaukee M18 2731-22 7-1/4" Circular Saw Kit ($349.99 - $100 = $249.99 price after trade in)
  6. Thanks for the advice guys, keep them coming! Just a side note. I will hopefully become an Electrician Apprentice in the upcoming months. I think the M12 Fuel Impact as well as the M12 Hackzall would be useful as an Electrician. I've already got the M18 Fuel Hammer Drill/Driver and the M18 Fuel Impact Driver, I'd just like to have some smaller tools for light duty stuff.
  7. Hey Crew, I need some advice on the M12 Fuel Impact Driver and the M12 Fuel Screw Driver. Primary Use: Cabinet AssemblyPre-Drilling HolesCountersinkingDriving ScrewsAttaching HingesOther thing's I'm looking for: Compact SizeLong Lasting BatteryWill Not Strip Out ScrewsThe small tool store where I live is having a sale on the M12 Fuel Impact Driver (2453-22). The kit is selling for $169.99 and they throw in a FREE M12 Hackzall (2420-20) this is the brushed version My question is: Will the M12 Fuel Impact Driver meet my needs as listed above? My primary concern is that it might have too much torque, I don't want to be stripping small screws. I think the M12 Fuel Screw Driver would be perfect, but if the M12 Fuel Impact Driver can do the same thing than I'd rather get the Impact. Thank you crew for helping me out all these month's, you guys are the best. Too bad we weren't all neighbors, lol.
  8. Yup I hope Chad wins, that way he can get his rematch against Aldo. McGregor is a great fighter, but he hasn't fought the caliber of fighters that Aldo has. If Aldo wasn't injured, I think he would have won the fight. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G870A using Tapatalk

  11. Izzy is a such a creative engineer. If you haven't already, i'd suggest watching a bunch of his other videos. Some highlights are his Pallet Buster, Table Saw Bowl Making Jig, Bubble Machine and his Picnic Table. He also works closely with FastCap. FastCap has become one of my favorite tool companies. It started with the Glubot, the best glue bottle in my opinion. 2p-10 is also great for assembly without using clamps. Kaizen Foam is awesome for lining tool drawers and tool boxes with to create custom fitted spaces for your tools. FastCap also makes a kick ass miter saw stand.
  12. I'm glad that you love your job. I've been really geeking out lately on industrial/commercial/residential electrical work. Been watching a ton of videos about bending conduit, something I've never done before. There is so much to learn and I cant wait to learn it. If you or any other electricians have any more advice to share id love to hear it. And yes, i will remember to turn off the power haha
  13. Hey Proto, I got a size Large but I found it runs a little small on me, especially around the gut area lol. Gonna pick up a size XL next time around. I'm by no means a big guy, I'm 5'-8" 180 pounds. Hope this helps you out man
  14. Proto I'm doing good man. Your right, I have been picking my nose lol. It's been a busy weekend at the beach, hanging out with friends and family. That's why my posts have declined but I'll be back posting away. I tried making a shoutout video yesterday but I thought I sounded stupid lol. I'll try again later. I also just got the M18 Vacuum, it's been so convenient to use. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G870A using Tapatalk
  15. Doof, we don't know each other but we can no longer be friends. The jealousy that resides in my heart right now is FUELing my resentment towards you. Lol, just playing around man. That's a pretty nifty looking Milwaukee USB Key. Congrats Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G870A using Tapatalk

  19. Yeah I don't think it's for everyone. I've got a twitter and a Facebook but I don't really know how or why I use it. if i had a business, then I could see the appeal in getting your product known. Periscope is alright with me. I get the alert I my phone when it goes live. I'm at a desk all day so it's easy for me to watch. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G870A using Tapatalk

  21. Thanks again for all the support guys, I really appreciate this. Makes me wanna try really hard so that I can give an update. I turned in my application, I'm just waiting for the call now to take the test. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G870A using Tapatalk

  24. I got to play around with the Domino and the Domino XL. The darn thing sells itself, simply a joy to work with. After a few more Milwaukee tools, I'll probably end up getting the Domino. It rrslly is the best of both worlds: the ease of biscuit jointing and the strength of mortise and tenon. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G870A using Tapatalk
