This tool is on my short list. A couple of guys at work have these and they are truly a beast with 1100 ft lb's of torque in reverse.

I agree Comp, a gun is just an object just like a knife, hammer wrench etc. There are enough gun laws, they just are not being enforced.

I like the ranking system as it is now, but do like the idea of wrenches or some other tool instead of the dots.

I have had the 2754 for about a month. I am a mechanic at a Caterpillar dealership, and I like it a lot. It is very strong. I really like the mode 4 which stops the impact the fastener makes contact with whatever you are screwing it into. Makes it handy when you are putting in bolts such as head bolts before you grab the torque wrench and finish.

Yes these were new batteries still in the package.

I bought a 2 pack of 2.0 batteries off ebay a couple of weeks ago for $55 with free shipping.

I just checked ebay and typed in dewalt case. There are quite a few different ones. Most were less than $35. Good luck with your search.

Really different, will take some getting used to.

I like the looks of those Irwin bits, may have to try a set of those.

I got the 3/8 ratchet last week. I have used it several times and it works good. I like the fact that it is quiet. My air ratchet is very loud.
