How to read a tape measure

I am in Australia so naturally I use Meters and Millimeters all the time, but my dad (who is Australian) prefers everything in Feet and Inches so when I am talking to him about the size of something I have to keep doing mental conversions all of the time.

Yea that one is a bit messy. Pick a year, a country, and determine between land or water and you get something different. Truly a worthless measurement, historically.

I'm not worried, my lawyer will go the distance to get these charges dropped......he won't stop at any length!
