That's crazy with the 9.0! I'm not opposed to the flex 6.0 on the 996, guy at work just got it and it's a little heavy but seems fine on the drill. I've seen the 9.0 tho and I thought it was huge and heavy. Maybe my memory is off but I remember thinking how much bigger the 9.0 seemed compared to the 6.0
