We lost another brave solders in combat, the brother of my best friend. RIP Molinar

 

The hardest part about being a Veteran is leaving your friends behind, its even harder when you loose them. Im sure some of you guys know what Im talking about. *TAPS

Sorry to hear that EEtwidget. I never served so I have no idea of the whole brotherhood that you guys go through, but I wish him and his family the best.

Hey EE. I'm sorry for your friends family and your loss too. Not too much to say other than that, it sucks to lose a friend. It's not fair.

Thanks guys, I didn't mean to drop a black cloud on TIA Forum. Just wanted to keep his memory alive a little longer. We all live very busy and crazy life's, sometimes we forget about the people sacrificing everything for our freedom. I'm worried most about my buddy, he has TBI/PTSD from Iraq, he acts tough but loosing a brother can't be easy.

They are saying for guys with PTSD is that keeping busy is one of the best ways to cope with the symptoms. It also makes some sense a lot of ww2 vets took up hobbies like work working to gardening. I think it just keeps your mind off of what did happen. I'm not a licensed professional though I have just seen some news articles lately about ptsd and treatments on the internet.
