Another small job just completed

Stopped working on the deck long enough to get this AC installed a couple of weeks ago then went back to work on the deck. It's a 24,000 BTU commercial grade Wi-FI monster weighing in at 191 lbs. I wanted it installed without the ugly support legs so I framed it to be able to support the weight of several of these units. Again thanks to the impact driver's help. Framed with 2x6 Douglas Fir and 53 Simpson SDS 1/4" high tensile strength 3", 3 1/2", 4 1/2" lag screws and 84 x 2 1/2" and 12 x 1 1/2" strong drive structural screws for the brackets. It's not going anywhere. Very happy with the installation, it's very quite, and looks good for a wall mounted unit. To bad the AC season is just about over but it's ready for next year and was done in time for a week of hot and humid weather.
