john92awd
As the title says, wondering if anyone has used the new mac tools 20v impact wrench. I believe the model number is BWP138. I bought one very recently and am not happy with the power it has

Conductor562
If you aren't happy with it you definitely got a dud. Call Mac, they'll make it right.I've had mine since September and it's all I could ever want in a 3/8". Pound for pound I'm not sure there's a stronger 3/8" cordless out there. I got it mainly for increased forward torque over the BWP038 and have been delighted with it.
john92awd
Thanks conductor. I'll definitely have my rep look at it
john92awd
Conductor, I got my warranty replacement unit. It has a bit more power but still disappointed, tried torquing a med/large fastener to 200ft/lb and it wouldn't rattle it off... it is rated for 325 so you would think that 200 would be easy for it. Have you ever tested the reverse torque on yours?
