  1. No smart as$ I didn't sell it My absolute favorite tool is my Milwaukee 48-22-2000. I even did a review on it a couple of years ago
  2. I've had one of these for about two years. It's actually a decent screwdriver.
  3. I've gotten burnt several times on eBay purchases. Now a days I prefer to buy from dealers.
  4. Sorry Makita. I waited. Now?????? 60v Bitches!!!!!!!!
  5. Looks Awesome Rich! Great job dude!
  6. Welcome aboard dude! Keep on checking in, great group of guys!
  7. Interestingly enough, I have seen a version in Europe but not here and a couple of the big manufacturers make them but.... I could see these making trim and flooring guys pretty happy but at $750 it ain't cheap. Table is a little small but it looks like a pretty decent combo http://virutex.com/mitertablesawcombination.aspx
  8. Here's the link to that on HD currently unavailable but it's coming! http://www.homedepot.com/p/Makita-18-Volt-LXT-Lithium-Ion-Brushless-Cordless-Reciprocating-Saw-Tool-Only-XRJ05Z/206953978
  9. Looks like Toolnut just dropped the hatchet! They're selling Mafell now!!!!! The gloves are off! The gauntlet has struck! The lance has been lowered! https://www.toolnut.com/Mafell_Track_Saws_s/3708.htm
  10. Definitely in line with WigWag. In my case I'm saving for the Earlex or the Fuji Semi-Pro units that operate with their own incorporated turbine for power. A little more expensive 299-400 but certainly well made machines.

    Mans Best Friend!

Cute pup dude! Looks like a real champ. I lost my best friend in September. I don't have the heart right now to go again but my wife is strong arming me some fierce. She's cute though, and carrying our child so I may relent
  12. Welcome to the forum Red. Glad to have you here. I actually have the brushless Makita 18v angle grinder, I'm a woodworker, not a metal worker but everybody that has had one of these loves them. I love mine too, I just don't do anything outside of restoration work in a DiY capacity at the house or the barn. This machine is way more than I need so I think it's pretty slick... http://makitatools.com/en-us/Modules/Tools/ToolDetails.aspx?Name=XAG03Z
  13. Welcome to the forum Trent!
  14. I've had mine for probably 8 or 9 years. It's a great fast way to get the job done when you don't feel like doing traditional joinery i.e. Cabinetry
  15. My Dad was the Bank of America manager in Grass Galley when he got out of the military. We ended up moving to NH where my Mom is from when my Nana got diagnosed with Cancer. Then to Maine! My whole fathers side lof the family is from Northern California. My Dad was telling me that my uncle moved from Dunsmuir last year after my Grandfather had passed and left him the house several years ago. The community is now devoid of my family for the first time since the early 1800s
  16. Nice! I have the big set, they are great!
  17. Yeah, in all fairness, my Dad is from Dunsmuir, one of my brothers was born in Redding another in Nevada City and I went through 1st and 2nd grade in Grass Valley and Marysville. Long time ago. I went back to the Grass Valley area in 05 for a visit and it is quite the tourist trap!
  18. Great job Comp, looks awesome
  19. No kidding?! I had no idea! My parents and my brother and his family live down there. My wife wants to move down there. I do NOT want to move down there!
  20. What's the significance of Florida? If you want tax free you gotta head to my home State! Live free or die! Unless of course you own a house then it's more like live poor then die.
  21. I am really stoked to get this. It'll be perfect for work out at the barn. This and the miter though I may still go with the 20v. My Kapex does ally the big stuff
