  1. Hey Justin. WE have been following the thread. I don't know the first thing about electrical work and can't comment on anything other than they way I've wired my shop and various other home projects but truthfully, I have no background in the trade and have to remain silent however as a site moderator I can assure you that when people blast others the moderators keep a wary eye out. Honestly when I say my prayers, I include a "Thank you God for not letting my house burn down" shout out! Guys, everyone does things differently. Some are pros. Some are not. I am not a pro. At least in the trades. Petros, kudos to you for your tact and explanation of the codes in your areas that are required and it was a great explanation. I personally appreciate it. Justin, thank you for sharing your work. It's really cool seeing what our members do both professionally and at home. One of the greatest things about our forum is the background of our members. I have learned a lot form you guys and gals and am thankful for the time I've been able to be a member and a moderator. Keep up the good work and remember that our members come from a variety of backgrounds. If there is a problem or a concern in your expert opinion let it be known. Just remember to let it be known...Respectfully. Our members come from a great variety of backgrounds and here is where we can share our equal love for what we do. And the awesome tools that help us in these achievements. Sans spouses. God bless and thanks for the posts Justin. Keep them coming dude! Chris.
  2. All I can say is I have a US made Dasco chisel I used during the Mother's Day flood when my foundation cracked. I had to widen up the cracks to fill with hydraulic cement. I spent two days doing that plus a,little work on a wall I built over the summer. Same chisel, large grip. Like the chisel
  3. yup Jason, I've got the ability to use those or an SD! Of course I've never owned an SD! Still, wanna have BT that'd be nice off of my iPad or iPhone. That way I can be on the web too while I'm down in the shop. I hate to admit it but given the choice between the two radio a I MIGHT consider the Dewalt over the new Bosch. MIGHT.
  4. To all of our Veterans out there, thank you for your service! God Bless!
  5. I called over today Turner. They said it should ship in the next two days because they were out of stock. I'm not sure if it is the same model but I believe it is based on I can't find any other pinners from Makita
  6. Vivian.....oh Vivian......
  7. Well I'm loving my BL 18v Makita grinder, x18 Chainsaw, brushless barrel grip jig saw and my 18v 5" ROS. Guys.....YOUR FREAKIN KILLIN ME!!!!
  8. Same with Conductor. Wouldn't mind a couple of odds and ends unless something cool popped up.
  9. Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeet can't wait to get my hands on one of these!!!!!
  10. Sorry guys. I drive a 2014 Tundra TRD SR5 but everyone knows I'm a Mopar guy. I've had two Rams. No rust, no motor problems, high quality trucks. My Tundra is a massive beast and has a higher tow rating but I still love the Rams. Of course my work car is Mopar (Charger) and pushing the better have of 450hp plus the special chip. This is my second one, it got replaced after six years of great use with the 2012 I've been using for the last three years. I will admit the large Ram front and back looks guard though. It should have the Ram on it. I don't like those grill cutouts either. I almost bought a Ram when I got the Tundra but cabin space, tow rating and its American made, made my decision over the Mexican made Ram. Still love them though
  11. Wow, nice job Comp. love that finish plus the dedicated work rests is a great idea.
  12. Nice stuff Mikey! I've got the Fuel version and love it!
  13. Well if you want to drop a bone you can get the hammer drill or impact and pick up a 3.0 and charger for $99 at HD. Of course if your like me your like "another freakin' drill?????"
  14. The new Dewalt just showed up here too. As did the new Bosch, Man........l!
  15. Well I just got the Makita 5" 18v sander and this will be a nice tool that I have been specing out for quite a while. I was going to get the PC or the Hitachi but this one had been the one I was originally looking at. Interestingly enough the few Makitas I have have been made in either Japan or the United Kingdom. I'm curious where this one comes from.
  16. Hey Petro how're you liking the XR set anyways? I know this one is for the Dad in law but are you really happy with yours?
