  1. Wayne, you feel free to come on over! Sure it's 8° outside (far.) but the prices must be better! Yeah I figured they were doing that but the M12 is a good tool!
  2. So, while buying a new router table, I looked over at the Milwaukee display. What Dodge Ram driving MAN would not I ask??. Milwaukee M12 Hammer Drill $89 normally $159!!!!!!! Milwaukee M12 Impact $79!!!!!!!!! Milwaukee M12 Drill Kit $79!!!!!!!!!!! ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME??? I CANNOT BUY THEM!!!!!! WHY GOD WHY??? I DONT HAVE ANY MORE TOOL MONEY!!!! Seriously! Check your stores this is because the Fuel M12 line comes out on the 1st! Unless you use these tools everyday for months, nay, years you don't need the M12 Fuel when you think of this price!! I am in New Hampshire USA. Online prices are the old prices so got to your stores!
  3. Well Conductor and Wayne, I got the Ryobi Intermediate table. I was going to get the combo but they don't sell it anymore! However, I paid $54 bucks for it! Home Depot, and they took a 20% off Harbor Freight coupon, plus a $25 gift card and I am styling! Thanks!
  4. Good point Wayne, I'll do that. I started pricing out the plate itself and by the time I've got the MDF, wood, plate and materials for the fence I'm going to be well over a bone! Thanks!
  5. Also, do they come with the bushings and plate to fit a Milwaukee? Thanks!
  6. And those are okay quality? I thought about the 99 one but some of the HD reviews weren't so great.
  7. Wayne, can you direct me towards a plan? Also is there a good plate you can recommend?
  8. So...I need a router table. Problem is I don't want to spend a couple of hundred on one. Any ideas anyone? Thanks!
  9. Yeah, I am glad I got this info from you two. I am kind of number because panny is such a good brand but my M18 saw is just fine! No I've got to find a good, cheap router table. I'll post a new thread for that!
  10. Thanks guys! I just canceled the sale with the guy. Sounds like a good deal but I will stay LI!
  11. That's what I was concerned with. I run lithium in every cordless tool I have, Bosch, Hitachi (now) and Milwaukee. I didn't know if Panasonic had some special secret but they don't seem to make that tool any longer so I think the batteries must be squat. Thanks Wayne!
  12. Hey Wayne and Conductor, what is your opinion on NiMH? I am with you Wayne, LI all the way but....I checked CL and there is a guy trying to sell what he describes as a brand new Panasonic metal cutting saw 15.6v NiMH batteries and charger for 100. I wrote him, he's willing to sell it for 60. I don't need it, I will end up probably selling it on eBay but don't know the first thing about this tool or the batteries. Something in my head says brand new = left in a box unopened for several years so those batteries are probably junk. What do you guys think?
  13. Hahahaha that's funny! I love the definition! Oh and Month Python too!
  14. Now if Milwaukee made one! It'd have a freakin' lightning bolt! Super fast!
  15. Well if you get one...stay AWAY from flying monkeys!
  16. A Newt?!? Ever watch Monty Pythons Search for the Holy Grail?? "she turned me into a newt!" "A newt!?" "Yes... A newt". God Bless Monty Python!!!?!
  17. Hahahahaha. That Makita bike makes me think of the Wizard of Oz! I had no clue, thanks!!!!
  18. Hey one more thing! I just looked on Amazon UK and saw the tool. Why is it green and look so much different than my Bosch tools? I know we are different from the Euro market but to be that does not look like, what I would consider, a Bosch tool!
  19. Like Conductor562 I also am from far far away but you can always keep with the Bosch! Just try a different tool as you may have a defective one! I've got several Bosch tools including a 12v and 18v and the are phenomenal tools. Like Wayne Burgess says too, Hitachi is a good solid tool. I recently came into ownership of one and am really impressed. If you can locate a solo tool through special order it may be worth it, but Bosch might be worth second try! PS my Hitachi is their new Brushless Hammer! Wicked nice tool!
  20. Good luck Wayne! Remember, I know the electrical stuff in the UK is backwards from the US, but...if you hear a loud buzzing sound, run. Unless you like the ubiquitous afro!!!
  21. Sorry this took so long! I went down and checked out my Milwaukee Router. USA BABY!It's a 5615-29 Router kit with two bases 1-3/4 HP. That just made my day!
  22. That makes sense and although it might affect prices ( more to chose from) Dremel does offer good quality accessories and when you couple the very unique add on that you can use, buying one of these should not be a hard choice. Milwaukee makes a great product in the M18 and M12 line as well as awesome ac power tools! Also keep in mind HD keeps dropping the price on this tool so last I saw for $80 you get a great tool, battery and charger as well as some city off wheels and an awesome warranty!
  23. Remember too that this M12 accepts the Dremel accessories as well making this very useful! I just bought Dremel's polishing kit for taking care of uniform items and what not. What's cool is Dremels EZ accessories are a real nice feature that you can use. I am curious as to whether Milwaukee will expand the accessory line for this tool.
