  1. Hey Travis, I did but the Milwaukee M12 multi tool on CPO Milwaukee. The tool was reconditioned and came with two batteries. I figured I'd get the older battery packs but when I opened it, lo and behold, 2 red lithiums! So I am in sure in most cases you might be right but that was the last cordless tool I bought from them and I was surprised!
  2. I've got some Bosch stuff and it is really high quality. CPO Bosch EBay store has the Bosch impact / drill combo on sale for $136 ish right now! Its reconditioned but if you know CPO that may as well be new!
  3. CPO is the way to go! I also checked out tools-plus.com they are Connecticut and are really good too. Sometimes they have prices that are amazingly low.
  4. It's like I always say "the only thing I hate worse than the State of Vermont is France"!!!!!
  5. Yup thank God for the military channel! I haven't seen king of the hill in years. If I'm up that late I'm watching ww2 stuff! Nothing on DiY!
  6. These boots are made for walking...and that's just what they'll do! One of the days these boots are gonna walk all over you! Man, I had a thing for Nancy Sinatra until I saw that! Hahahahahaha "Hey Quagmire! I $&*%+# your Dad" hahahahahaha!
  7. I'm with you Conductor! Free! Gimme the tools, I'll play and write! Plus, tools don't talk back. Ironic I call people that tick me off "tools"!!!!!
  8. And that a fact!!!! I just watched the one where Quagmire "discovers" internet porn for the first time! I started crying I was laughing so hard! Peter "hey Quagmire, where you been? Have you been weight lifting?" Hahahahahahahahaha
  9. Thanks for the hard work Conductor! I really am enjoying this site! Like crazyandy, really learning quite a bit and enjoying the like minded people here! Thanks for all you do!
  10. I hope he does, its weird not seeing him out there!
  11. I am as always a huge fan of Milwaukee. I do have the Hitachi Brushless Hammer Drill. If you ever get a chance to try it out, do so. The tool is wicked light and the grip is molded and contoured to fit the hand well. The brand is not popular here but I have to admit, this is a really good tool with 8 speeds and the hammer function. It really gives the user a huge array of power settings!
  12. Scott Bakula! That show was awesome! As far as TV, its winter in NH and well its snowing as usual! End of snow and out come the projects!!!!!
  13. What's great or especially when it first came out is McFarland is my age and a lot of his humor is based on growing up in the 70s and 80s.
  14. I could not agree with you more. The episode I was talking about is one of the earlier episodes. I don't watch nor am I interested in seeing the garbage they're putting out now. I love the early stuff but...its like South Park. When they came out with it, I watched the first year. Then I stopped. Way out of line on a lot of things. Now I get my Comedy from me, because I am SOOOOOOOO FUNNY, the Big Bang Theory, 30 Rock and my ultimate favorite show.... Top Gear UK! If you haven't seen it, you have got to watch it! Absolutely the best show on TV. The guys are great and work really well together and they have "the STIG"!!!!
  15. Wayne, do you ever watch Family Guy? In particular when Peter gets hired by the New England Patriots and the fired and goes to play football in England? Highly offensive to English football ball but I am pretty sure you would get a kick out of it! Course Family Guy is offensive to EVERYBODY!
  16. My Dad gave me his old Craftsman AMERICAN MADE BABY circular saw. The cord was garbage. I went to HD, got a heavy duty replacement cord and I use it all the time, great saw!
  17. Yeah but I will always have to up sell!!!
  18. It's funny but I really liked tool baga but I bought a Bosch PS31 drill with the l-boxx on special at Amazon. It came with 2 l-boxx'. Now...I love the hard line boxes. My Wife bought me an awesome Husky folding tool tote that I have converted completely for carrying all of my Kregg Jig components and screws. Awesome storage box.
  19. Good job! Check out the Bosch l-boxx too! Phenomenal boxes, the guys here did a great review. I've got four of them now!
  20. Good for you Chase! Keep up with it. I never went the trade route and am just learning how to do stuff. Conductor is right, its nice seeing you guys doing this. Great videos on tool select too!
  21. I always thought, on account of being American, that Canadians ended up with tech toys quicker! I don't know why I guess its just ignorance on my part! So hooray for us! But still...what's the freakin' holdup already!?!
  22. Yup Conductor is right on both counts. Wayne Burgess swear by his 4 pole Metabo tools but I've got two brush less 18v and they are really nice tools. I wouldn't shy away from them but clearly brushed tools are still doing pretty well. Look at Makita's new hammer drill. Torques and speed stats are pretty darn impressive and its got brushes (4 pole design)
  23. Well that's how I get most of my tools Conductor! Wait...no that's not right! I will say if you check the big box stores i got my Makita Hypoid saw and Milwaukee Router kit because of misorders and only spent a half to a third of the price. Both times I bought and didn't even look back!
