I went and tried to buy it from U.K. and D.E. but they aren't currently selling today!!!!!! What the heck?!?!?!?!?!
  2. I posted a Festool on CL this weekend and the first response I got was almost the exact same bro. It actually appeared in my spam folder! Same idea with checks etc...
  3. Why thank you sir, that has been something I've been interested in for a while.

The only a Milwaukee tool I miss having is the rotary tool. But in a fit of frustration with all that is red I sold that little bastard have missed it since day 1. Bosch has one but it's NAINA.
  5. Yeah, this is pretty cool
  6. I just saw this. I think I pitched a tent already.
  7. The only thing I would say is if you bought this set I would seriously think about the usefulness of the platform itself. Here in the USA there is a limited number of Triton cordless tools available so..... I have heard multiple times that their routers are fantastic and I truly cannot comment on their tools outside of having handled a couple at a local Rockler. I really think this is a KILLER deal but buying a couple of tools that will instantly be limited due to variations of cordless tools would more likely than not make me pass this one over.
  8. Ive got it too, awesome set and really well priced.
  9. Awesome. Welcome to the club bro. The DF500 is friggin awesome. Check out Seneca too, they have a really great product called the Domiplate. Love it. http://www.senecawoodworking.com/
  10. I've never really had that problem but I do agree the switch is hard but I'm sure they designed that for a reason. As I recall my 985 had the exact same switch and it really requires you to pull or push but I got used to it pretty quickly. I think the 985 was longest I had a hammer drill even over my Milwaukee M18 (brushed) and old Makita BHP model.
  11. I actually like the gear box. I had the 985 too and loved it. I wanted the new improved brushless super bad hiney model and switched to this one but I really like the gearbox. It gives me a greater range and is bulletproof.
  12. I upload my videos to my YouTube channel and then add a link to the post.
  13. Great video Dwain. I actually have this and the 887 and these are phenomenal machines. And mine USA made too
  14. Yeah the advent of the BT is really what I want but know that I've only got Bosch 12v tools the effective usefulness of the radio is limited outdoors because I have no more batteries to power it. It's a shop radio that kicks butt now but it doesn't have BT. I've had this for several years now and still live it and the power outlets are really nice to have. I am probably going to end up going with the Dewalt but am still unsure as to what variant to get.
  15. That's why I said wood, I have no idea bro. I'd try them in light duty metal but I have only drilled in metal a few times, most recently in the side of my last Tundra to install a headache rack.
  16. http://www.montanabrandtools.com/ and.....try these out too. I got a set right before my son, Will was born. They came in while we're at Maine Med. they are sitting in my basement right now but USA made and very highly opined by a lot of woodworkers. There drill bits look pretty good too and very fairly priced though that Snappy set is a steal.

Best ones out there for use in wood and USA made. I have two sets, one for Centrotec and one for standard 1/4 chucks. Absolutely awesome. I have a designated cabinet systainers and these are right at the top.
  18. That's cool dude, I am home for about a week and half more on FMLA and will start framing out mine hopefully tomorrow or Monday. Having the systainers in my shop is wonderful especially the drawer units. I have several boxes (30+) but the drawer units make them more practical for me whereas my tools stay stationary. I wish Festool or Tanos made a wall mount unit like these. They look awesome.
  19. Awesome Mike! Looks fantastic! I'd love to see those drawer units in person. I only have the small box and that houses my only Milwaukee power tool....a Sawzall. The drawer units would be really cool in your shop!
  20. For crying out loud!!!! Right before Christmas too! I'm actually....gasp, cough, gasp. Thinking about getting rid of my bitchin' Bosch PB360 especially since I got the new iPhone 7+! Cannot plug in the aux without the lighting adapter.
  21. Is it in stock at our Lowes?
  22. Welcome t the forum bro and I have the 635 myself and its a phenomenal little gun!
