  1. I've never had to return a Dewalt. I did call their help line about a question on my contractor saw and the guy on the other end was super helpful. That is great customer service to be sure!
  2. Yeah they're pretty cool Jason. Their service plus program is pretty cool though truthfully I've never had to use it. They are great as far as coverage though.
  3. No Dave, Festool uses proprietary blades for their specific arbor which is the European 20mm with 160mm max blade size. In the USA Festool tools are still sold in that standard though they are starting to introduce imperial scale. I'll stick with Metric though, way easier to calculate. Regardless I can buy Festool blades at my local Woodcraft when needed and there are still several aftermarket blades available for my Kapex too.
  4. That's cool. I wasn't sure if it needed more than that.
  5. Awesome post Not Carl Man, I have to get on social media. Really cool tool.
  6. I've had the same thoughts buying from the U.K. but ended up getting the Festool HKC at a great price from Axminster, I did not have to pay any import fees with the,, I assume it was in the shipping costs. Though at the time Festool USA did not have the HKC for warranty purposes, they had me list the tool on their site by serial number on the TS55REQ listing and assured me it is covered if there is an issue. However, if I had to re wire the kit, it would obviously be voided. The nice thing with the cordless tools, the tool itself should be fine, it's the charger that would be the problem I should think. Regardless, you have a really good point and before I dropped coin, I sure would want to know too!
  7. Go with Acme Tools or Toolnut bro. Do you guys use the same power as we do or will you have to re wire it, when you get it? Also, welcome to the forum. http://www.acmetools.com/ http://www.toolnut.com/
  8. Do you have pictures of the kit?

  19. Hahahaha you know all things considered although we were with Will constantly in the hospital for a month, having that staff available 24/7 I think helped us out a LOT. I am the oldest dad I know now and feel like a little kid around him. He had his first doctor appointment today and yesterday the visiting nurse came to our home. He is 6lbs 7 ounces today and has been eating like a champ and making noises that terrify me routinely.
  20. Oh and it's not a good but Cappaccinos from my Nespresso. Mmmmmmm
