  1. I have the original string trimmer and they have come out with a new one and they may have improved or fixed this issue. But on mine quite often the string does not advance when you want it to or need it to. I have tried to rewind it looser, tighter just about anything I can think of and it is still a problem. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I hope they addressed this on the new model. It works great other then that.
  2. I'll put in my vote for the EGO, I have the Trimmer, hedge trimmer and the blower. They all work great with the possible exception of the string bump advance on the string trimmer. EGO is a great way to go though.
  3. Hoover upright rules! Funny Eric
  4. I didn't know Festool knew what 99 dollars meant. I see they are not taking any new orders though.
  5. Nothing like some shop time to get the blood flowing. Nice job
  6. That's one ride I can wait to take.
  7. No matter who made it just use and enjoy. Are you looking to buy a new one?
  8. Nice job, That really looks good.
  9. Nice job Chris, must be exciting moving into a new house getting a new shop too, Can't help you with your question though. I am using the one car section of a three car garage and have only added a new breaker for a little more convenience with outlets. Have fun with the new house and shop.
  10. I have the original blower and love it. Nice to see them trying to improve. My dog would never let me get close to it with a blower like that. Nice dog.
  11. Looks like your grandson makes it all worth it. Hang in there dude
  12. That is a nice job Big Mike
  13. That would be a good name
  14. I think it must be Trump and the Russians doing all this hacking.
  15. Wow, this is the first time I've been able to log on in 2 months.
  16. Did somebody make that or is it from a store? Nice looking table either way and you can't beat that for 50 bucks. I have three in my garage now and I think I would make room for that one somehow. Nice pick up.
  17. A Walmart employee not paying attention? That's hard to believe, all they hire are brainiacs.
  18. Nice job on the roof. What did it end up costing you? Did you ever get a quote on the job just to see what you saved on doing it yourself? Nice job.

  20. That's funny and not funny at the same time. Where's Tower Records when you need one
  21. The next big step for battery operated tools now has to be a huge drop in prices. They have most everything else taken care of . Now it's just a matter of making them affordable for everyone to use. But batteries are the way of the world now. I went to all battery operated tools for outdoor maintaince (EGO) and I can't even give away the old electric ones I have that work great.
  22. Never know what you can run into at a Walmart. Nice deal dude.
  23. I've had a Kobalt 10 inch miter for about 4 years now and it has proven to be an ok saw. Not great but serviceable. For the money it has been a good saw.

Getting one of these deals is just pure luck. Can't count on any of it at any certain store.
