I got that blower Monday and it is great for what I bought it for which is blowing saw dust off of my tablesaw and miter saw and blowing dust out of the garage in general. It's not for yard work. That would be a larger blower. It is a good size for the garage and has plenty of power for that.

Yeah. They are a cheapo store for the most part. I will go in there every so often and get some of their .50 cent paint brushes that I use and throw away. Don't bother cleaning them. I do have a vice that I got at a good price that has held up pretty well.

Just tell them to not come back and they won't come back. Most people don't do the obvious.

All good ideas. If they ask you to pay cash that is another red flag. Many of them do so they don't have to claim the income on taxes. That is not a benefit to you at all and is not a good sign. One guy that was a "roofer" even asked me if I wanted the "licensed" price or the unlicensed price. I asked him what the hell that meant and he stuttered something about saving me money. I just asked him to go.
