  1. I really enjoy watching the progress of workshop builds, they provide inspiration, and ideas. Looking forward to seeing the updates.
  2. I don't really care for that channel, no real personality.
  3. Awesome! Thanks for sharing, I been trying to think of a way to make some 1000 and 1500 grit sanding drums, in a more efficient way, and this looks like the way to go.
  4. I like my DeWalt drill bits, paddle bits, and Porter Cable forester bits. I been extremely happy with them.
  5. Dam, wish DeWalt would make a 20v version. I am trying to replace my air nailers. Great deal though for sure.
  6. Art Work.. Ya taking the easy road On another note, when I played darts back in the day, I always shopped at Art Smarts Dart Mart
  7. Same thing happened to me once on Amazon for a Uniden Bearcat BCT-15, it was a refurb w/ original warranty for $2.99. I ordered all 6 available, they even accepted the payment, and was issued a pre-tracking number. I was all excited, but at the same time I was feeling guilty, 2 days later the money was refunded, with an email saying it was priced incorrectly.
  8. Yup, used something similar to string a long wire antenna a tree, for my Amateur Radio station.
  9. Yeah Bud, you have one heck of a classic there. Like Comp said, get out the soda blaster. Man, that would be a blast to restore. Speaking of which, I been looking for a good deal on a old DeWalt sliding miter saw to restore.
  10. Fresh out of the box, and set-up on the floor, it's race time! I am currently building a dedicated table to set it up on. Next week, I am going to the hobby shop to get some track to make a bigger layout. -Steven
  11. That would be a fun restoration project
  12. I been looking to replace my HF model, that has served me well, with no issues but is starting to have issues with the chuck falling out. I am looking for one that I can change speeds, without messing with belts, and I believe WEN has one, so I will be interested in what you think of the brand.
  13. Neat product? Yes! Great Product? Maybe, but I will NEVER give Fastcap another penny of my hard earned money.

    New camp

Yup, I am jealous lol, looks like a nice place to kick back and relax.
  15. Looks like a nice truck, but I am a GM guy. I am kinds screwed at the moment, I am driving a 2004 Chevy Venture Mini-Van closing in on 300,000 miles, with no funds to get it replaced lol. Happy that at the moment, I work from home, and only have to drive in to the office 4 - 6 times a month, which is only a 40 mile round trip of strait highway driving, with little traffic.
  16. Tip - Make sure the blade is not upside down when using reverse tooth blades.
  17. Mr McGrath to the rescue.. I love this forum!
  18. Prayers to the officers and their families. My uncle was a LEO, 20+ years.
  19. I forgot to mention, most scrollers use Baltic Birch Plywood, unless doing Intarsia. When I first started out, I purchased this from Woodcraft. http://www.woodcraft.com/product/142935/baltic-birch-scroll-saw-pack.aspx If you like, I can also share some wood suppliers I use. But I usually shop around for each project, and there are a few good E-Bay sellers out there.
