  1. If someone said hey, here's a million dollars, all you have to do is live in California for a year, I would tell them to pound sand. I will never set foot in the Republic of California!
  2. I just received one, that came with the nailer I won. I have not had a chance to test out the battery yet, I will let know soon as I do.
  3. Looks Aces! Hats off to all the roofers out there, there isn't enough salary you could pay me to do that type of work. My buddy back home, has a roofing company, took him many years to get dependable and dedicated crews. Roofing has to be one of the toughest jobs a person could have.
  4. I have a simular set, except mine also came with wrenches, so far they have held up pretty well, no complaints at all.
  5. Coming along nicely Jimbo, my kind of project, has I actually enjoy the sanding process.
  6. In this day and age, we have unlimited access to just about any band , and any album. So let's pretend that you have to choose one. Not for a lifetime, but to complete a project that you have poured your heart and soul into. What album would be your climatic jam to finish the project to?
  7. Absolutely Stunning Job! looks like a ton of work, my muscles are sore just looking at the pictures. My Grandson would love something like that.
  8. Awesome! Thanks Carl! Guess I still have "Worlds First" on my mind lol... Actually, not a bad price for a Festool product, but I am afraid if I get one Festool, it will turn into many lol.
  9. They make a cordless one? I will have to investigate.
  10. Oh Man! I would love a cordless tracksaw, in fact I am in the market for a tracksaw to cut down sheet goods in the garage, to get material in to my basement workshop eaiser.
  11. Thank You, did not know that, I know they reviewed the Fat Maxx Hose. I do remember their review on the "As Seen On TV" flashlight though. EDIT: Found it - the one I seen on TV had Brass Connections.
  12. Good Idea, has he does have a 20v Drill Driver and 20v Impact Driver. My only reason for thinking of the 12v model is the price difference, and if it would be powerful enough. I did have a look at the Milwaukee line, and that might be a consideration for an Impact Wrench. That being said, it does not have to be DeWalt, I just want to get him some sort of Impact Wrench, has he is really enjoying working on vehicles. It really does me proud, to watch him work on his vehicle, has he figures out what is wrong, and how to resolve the problem.
  13. Thanks all for the replies, I had a feeling this was the case. I really like the concept, has they present it in the commercial, too bad they are not durable. Anyone know if there is a durable version of this hose?
  14. Good Day Crew! I am looking for some opinions from the crew. My son has taken to working on his truck, so I thought I would buy him a new Impact Wrench. Obviously the 20v has more ft/lbs of torque, roughly 1100 vs 1500. Do you feel its worth the price difference to get him the 20v max? He got a bad deal on the Chevy 1500 he bought, and had to send it to the scrap yard. He's in the process of buying another truck, and I thought it would be nice to get him a new tool. -Steven

  19. Good Day! So, I was doing a rare thing, and was watching some TV. I seen a commercial for a product called "Pocket Hose". We all know that 99.9% of these "As Seen On TV" products are junk. Has anyone heard anything about this product? Seems to good to be true, but if it did really work, I would buy it lol.
