  1. Oh and I just noticed that I was wrong the extra kit I have is $139. The 2 pack for $139 is 2 XC's. So I have to decide between having 1 more 5.0 or 2 more XC's. I use this light all the time, so 1 battery is usually being occupied by the light
  2. Yea that helps at lot man. Since the charger and battery I have is $139, I think I should swap it for the 2 pack of 5's. That way I will have 4 batteries. I think it would be better to have 4 batteries and 1 charger instead of 2 chargers and 3 batteries.
  3. So my question is more Milwaukee tools or more Milwaukee batteries? I currently have the fuel M18 hammer drill and impact driver kit, as well as the fuel circular saw and jigsaw. For batteries I currently have a charger into 5.0 batteries ... So another battery or another bare tool? Since these 5.0 batteries last so long do you guys have a bunch of batteries are you getting by with just a few. I have this brand-new battery & charger, my question is keep it or return it and put the $130 bucks towards another tool? Very rarely do I see myself, if I ever needing a 2nd charger to charge 2 batteries at the same time. Keep the battery and just toss the extra charger in the closet or sell the brand new charger only (how much could I jet for a new charger?) or return for $130 and get another bare tool if so recommendations? I currently have the following:
  4. You guys suggest I return this three-piece set that I paid $20 for
  5. The one thing I did notice and hopefully someone can clear this up is that on the 7 1/4 there was a cut out at the back of the guard that covers the top of the blade. where the saw dust shoots out. on this one there is no cut out where does the sawdust come out just everywhere instead of being directed to one place?
  6. Paid $20 for these at HD. Didn't I see somewhere on here this is this kit with more pieces in it for around the same price. The screwdrivers might be a return just an impulse buy... Oh and I also got this guy
  7. OK guys so I ended up just picking up the 6 1/2 fuel circular saw they were willing to give me the 7 1/4" one for basically the same price as the 6 1/2"one... I can still do it tomorrow if I want but I think for my situation to 6 1/2 is more than perfect! The bigger one was quite a bit heavier and didn't balance as well as the smaller one either way it's a fuel circular saw. Please comment am I going to regret it?? So the 6 1/2 fuel circular saw was $200 and then they took 10% off for me. So I ended up 180 for it not sure if it's a great deal or not. For about $10 bucks more I could get the bigger one but I guess beggars not always better right
  8. A little advice... get to know you local Milwaukee reps and buy the stuff at Home Depot "from them" (talk to them, ask advice, have them walk you up to pay, etc) not just walk into HD and grab your tools and then go up to the registering leave.. Milwaukee as a company and especially the reps look after their customers and frequent buyers (as I'm sure a lot of you contractors know)...
  9. Thanks Jimbo for your advice as always . so looks like I've decided on the fuel circular saw there's two options there's the 6 1/2 fuel and the 7 1/4 one. The seven the half inch it's 35 bucks more but I don't want to go over kill because you can always add 35 bucks and keep getting more expensive. Everyone, Should I get the 6.5 or 7.25 on?? Is one better? Not cutting anything thicker then 2x4's
  10. Is everyone saying that from the brushed circ saw to the fuel one (both 6.5" blades) there is a huge dif, but from brushed to fuel sawzall it's not that much dif?
  11. Great advice guys. There is a $200 6.5" fuel circ saw and an 7.5" for like $230 the smaller one should be more then sufficient right? I already have a corded circular saw so I'm not sure if I would need 2 or I'll like to fuel one so much I won't use a corded one again? But the closest thing I have to a sawzall is my Milwaukee M18 jigsaw. due to money constraints currently I'm trying to make the best decision. The majority of work is around my home. Drywall work, electrical, repairs to deck, putting floor in attic above garage, etc
  12. I have the following. Should I be thinking more than just the circ saw and sawzall? The fuel circ saw def was nicer than the regular one. But not sure about $130 nicer.
  13. I was actually gonna do that haha. But they said the sale ended?
  14. I have $105 store credit to Home Depot. Should I pick up a circular saw or sawzall. The regular ones. Not fuel. I currently have fuel drill and driver and jigsaw at home.
  15. Why am I seeing guys that are getting the circular saw for M18 and 12? Why not just use the M18 fuel one for everything
  16. ok so whats the deal? are these coming to the US like ppl said or not. no one seems to know.
  17. @rrich1 look great man!! Looks like we live close to each other. Great cause.
  18. Thanks Jimbo. In regards to a brush for the walls and cutting in the ceilings, I was not sure if I should go with more 100% nylon brushes like this one, or the nylon/polyester ones for the walls. Lots of mixed reviews online
  19. A tool for painters something I am definitely not ha ha finally a real nice brush for trim, now I just need to find one for cutting in the ceilings. No more "value packs" and five dollar paint brushes...
  20. I have tried almost everything out there and i can say that i am 110% happy with my Milwaukee gen 2 Fuel set, haven't come across anything better yet. and BTW, I actually enjoy the longer videos
