  1. I know people who have tried a dual battery Milwaukee Miter saw. It is coming. Unless they mistaken it for the single battery miter saw. We asked multiple times to make sure and they specifically said it was from Milwaukee and it had 2 batteries.
  2. NPS 2017 has been officially confirmed for June 7th.
  3. I dont see a need for a 10 in but what do I know. It's only 2 less inches right?
  4. 2 battery Milwaukee miter saw is actually a thing. Supposedly a couple guys at work tried one out. I thought I remember hearing something about Milwaukee venturing into more woodworking and general carpentry tools like a table saw and track saw. Another thing I heard was Milwaukees may try new motors that are smaller yet provide more power.
  5. @KnarlyCarl this is the one subcompact tool that is noticeably smaller than the bigger versions.
  6. MORE POWA!! tm registered trademark of Framer Joe
  7. can't find pictures of the subcompact rotary hammer.
  8. My toro personal pace is a good mower. It took a bit to get used to but its great. I don't find the self propulsion to make the mower less nimble or bulky. I would much rather have a mower with self propulsion than one without. I would recommend the ego self propelled with steel deck. I have always used a mower with a metal deck. I don't know how well a plastic deck will hold up. I wouldn't get a 16 in push mower. It is just too small. I could get out the string trimmer if I want to cut that small
  9. It was surprising how small the subcompact rotary hammer is. Does the track/plunge saw work with other brands of tracks? ie. DeWALT or Festool. The miter seems very compact.
  10. really? Is it more like the flexvolt monster but in 4 in? Does it have tool connect or an led?
  11. the flexvolt ope doesn't come with a fast charger or are you talking about 20v ope?
  12. does this rack serve a purpose other than looks good? Cleaned mortar from some old brick today. One guy would remove the brick from the wall and 2 others were cleaning them off with hammers.
  13. flexvolt stud and joist or super hawg?
  14. Ego has a lot of tools. I could see many more coming. Pole hedge attachment for the multi attachment trimmer for example. get the Ego since you have the Ego mower get the Ego. It is light, quiet, powerful, and pro mower approved.
  15. I showed my Ego stuff to a good friend who is a pro mower. He really liked them. He is using only gas stuff right now but is looking into the Ego trimmer.
  16. Was watching a video about trick shots and noticed 4 Ego blowers being used in one shot. Ego represent.
  17. I heard Makita is working on their own 60v battery. I don't see 40v going quite yet. flexvolt just doesn't have the runtime to make it a viable replacement for pros who use ope to make a living.
  18. the flexvolt tracksaw is less expensive than the nicd tracksaw
  19. Festool has a framing saw with track base and dust collection. I think there might even be a cordless version.
  20. you should give us a review when you get em. You getting the dcf888?
  21. I did one last check on the website and found a dcd997 with 2 tc 5.0 batteries. it is the tool connect successor to the 996. Back when tool guyd released the tc teaser this wasn't in the picture of the tc drills. Also appears the tc drills have 3 customizable rpm settings. I would guess the modes on the base are for switching between the customizable modes and not the light. I'm still curious what the home mode is for. Also found the dcf888. Precision drive mode returns but for those who don't like it, it is customizable.
