    It's my first rigid tool. I have had no problems, but I expect a company to stand by their products. In the modern day of technology they can check the serial number and it will tell them everything. Including who purchased and when. So why do I need to send them my receipt and UPC code from the box.

    I agreeing had a corded dewalt multitool. as soon as the cordless one came out, the corded one was sold on ebay.

    Wow that seems like a lot for drill bits. Plus it seems like a pain to make sure u have them when u need them, because there is no running to the store to grab them.
