DR99 Posted July 21, 2016 Report Posted July 21, 2016 I wonder how it will compare to the Dewalt version. 2 Quote
MikeyB Posted July 21, 2016 Report Posted July 21, 2016 Nice looking saw. DR any idea on a price? Quote
DR99 Posted July 22, 2016 Author Report Posted July 22, 2016 Sadly I just saw it on a cart before it was stocked on a shelf. Quote
chrismccabe484 Posted July 22, 2016 Report Posted July 22, 2016 Just saw it online for $400 #tiacrew Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk Quote
DR99 Posted July 22, 2016 Author Report Posted July 22, 2016 The only thing is with Ridgid some of the tools are limited releases. They do a run of the tools and that's it. Quote
Logan Posted July 22, 2016 Report Posted July 22, 2016 I saw them stocking those on the shelf the other day Quote
Shuutr Posted July 23, 2016 Report Posted July 23, 2016 looks great. does anyone make a dual power miter saw Quote
DR99 Posted July 23, 2016 Author Report Posted July 23, 2016 The Dewalt Flexvolt miter will have a AC powered option. Quote
DR99 Posted July 23, 2016 Author Report Posted July 23, 2016 Ridgid is such a weird brand tools come and go so fast with them. You never know if its a long term product Quote
pancing Posted July 23, 2016 Report Posted July 23, 2016 Yeah Theres 2 in my local store, both returned and tacked off 10%, heavily used... I wonder why they got returned Quote

ChrisK Posted July 24, 2016 Report Posted July 24, 2016 Yeah, that will be a craigslist sale! No shipping on that bad boy. Personally though, I'd keep it. I want the cordless one for just that, cordless operation. When I buy with the big one or the 20v my Kapex will still be my primary miter. Quote
DR99 Posted July 24, 2016 Author Report Posted July 24, 2016 I just don't have the space to keep 2 big 12" miters on stands around. It would be nice to have a permant spot for the corded one. I do hate dealing with craiglist low ballers suck Quote

npcnj8 Posted July 28, 2016 Report Posted July 28, 2016 Anybody else spot the saw at their local Home Depot? None by me stock it yet Quote
kruton Posted July 28, 2016 Report Posted July 28, 2016 None here yet either. Our store seems to be late to the game generally. Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk Quote
JimboS1ice Posted July 28, 2016 Report Posted July 28, 2016 Saw them on an end cap with a ridgid table saw, they were all boxed up though so i couldn't get a look at it Quote
Bremon Posted July 28, 2016 Report Posted July 28, 2016 I haven't seen this guy in store yet but it seems we get stuff later here in Canada than you Americans. Small market and all that jazz. My workshop when our house is finished will be fairly small, so I'm not sure if the FlexVolt miter is in my future but it sure seems like a better idea than the Fuel 10". Quote
