Bigmikez
Today me and my 9yr old son Jacob did a tune up and changed my rotors/ brakes and changed the oil on my truck and I didn't need to start my air compressor today and it felt gooooood!! Lol it's just crazy how powerful these cordless tools are even my neighbors were amazed by the power of the beast/fuel now I just hope they don't start wanting to come over and barrow it... Lol! I can only imagine how the cordless game will be as my kids get older and they start there Tool collections
BK13
Nice, I have the M12 and M18 3/8" impacts, looking to get the two Fuel 12" M18s and the 3/8" right angle. Then I'll show the Jeep who's boss!
DR99
Ditching the air hose is nice. I think most mechanics if they were shown the new cordless mechanics tools they would switch. Dealing with any sort of hose/cord sucks.

Bigmikez
I'm lookin at mayby purchasing the m18 1/2 or 3/8 compact impact fuel I was checkin it out last time I visited HD and there so compact and the power in those lil tools are great but my 3/8 right angle ratchet did great today (Thanks T.I.A!) it's gots some great power as well. My Neighor asked how much I paid for the 1/2 fuel and I told him I got the bare tool on sale but I showed him a price for the kit on Amazon and he thought the price was crazy but I told him I have no regrets with my purchase, he said he will stick with his compressor and I toldem well by the time UR tank is done filling I will already have had the 2 front tires off and started working. The big thing is if you stay with one platform and get enough batteries you don't need to buy kits anymore

Samuel L.
If only they could make a cordless die grinder that was not 5 pounds and a cordless air hammer replacement then I could forget about all my air tools.
NicholasShetley
AC Delco makes a 12v die grinder. I have one that Dan and Eric gave me last year. It will run for about 15 minutes straight and by then the other battery is charged. I haven't had an issue with mine at all.

NicholasShetley
That is a rotary tool. Die grinders are 1/4 inch and are more powerful. The rotary tool is 1/8 inch and is more for delicate work.
Conductor562
AC Delco is used under liscense by a company called Durafix. Durafix also makes a lot of the Snap-On cordless stuff. The ACD stuff is pretty nice stuff really

Samuel L.
milwaukee has a 12V die grinder Yea to make something with the required speed, run time and torque they would probably need it to be a M18 witch would probably be really heavy so I guess I can keep dreaming.
