Bishoptools
The 2.0Ah LED batteries should be available in September from the new XFD10R and XDT11R compact kits. I'm not sure when the full sized LED batteries will be released.
kornomaniac
Aha lovely Bishop ! Are that 2 new combo kits you'll be getting in america? Or 2 new kits as in new tools? =)
Bishoptools
Aha lovely Bishop ! Are that 2 new combo kits you'll be getting in america? Or 2 new kits as in new tools? =)They are newer versions of the XDT04 and XFD01. They are 25% faster but with the same amount of torque. They should retail for $179-$199 a kit. n00b
Why does Makita insist on making their batteries look so "generic"? They look like a knock-off version of a real prodect, IMAO.

Though, the full sized packs looks and feel a bit silly on the very compact impact drivers/wrench (the capacity is at least overkill deluxe on thoose) My ears bleeds out long before the power cuts out on impact drivers/wrenches. Compact battery packs with compact equipment fits nice. If only I could find a easy/not incredibly expensive way to get some compact batteries...
