The store had a sale, so figure I would try this before i shell out the big bucks for a Brisket. Made a rub and using apple wood to smoke. Hopefully it turns out. Was going to have Dan over, but not sure if my oldest son is sick. Dan will be over for the next smoke and we will Periscope it.
