He is totally Old School,,, still uses his block planes, and his Yankee Screwdriver... Here are some pics of the flooring before the repair.. MikeyB Posted December 16, 2015 Author Report Share Posted December 16, 2015 Working on priming and painting the past couple of days, have to pick up the moulding this weekend and start working on that. Got a few more pics of some extra work I came across while working on this project.I was able to remove a couple of the original hot water convectors and replace with some hot water baseboard for the heat, added a couple of new outlets, and in the second pic I tool advantage of the wall being open and installed a length of 1 1/2" plastic electrical conduit for future wire runs from the attic to the basement.
