khariV
Anyone heard anything about the high torque impact wrenches coming out in a gen 2 anytime soon? I want to buy one but I can wait if it's coming out soonSent from my iPhone using TapatalkI sort of doubt it. The high torque wrench already tests out with like 1100 ft lbs of torque and can easily shear off bolts. How much more would you want? I could maybe see a OneKey version coming out next year to let you dial in a specific set of parameters, but I'm not aware that they've announced anything yet. jorge52892
I honestly don't need more than the current one and even that one is more than I need. But if a new one was set to come out soon I was thinking it would be worth the waitSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Stercorarius
I heard from a guy who knows a guy that high torque impact wrenches are already developed with one key that you can dial the torque into a specific number from your phone. I don't remember release date specifics but it will be some time in early 2016.

DR99
I would imagine we would see new High Torque wrenches at some point this year. I bet they will be smaller and more powerful just like the new compact impact wrenches. They will probably be shown at the new product symposium sometime this summer. John Glassey
Yes I agree with Jason, if Milwaukee comes out with a gen 2 high torque impact, it will more then likely a one key ver. But yeah that thing is a beast as far as torque goes. I don't see them Adding more to it!

redmed
Just get a set of torque limiting extensions from HF. Less expensive than a new Milwaukee impact and faster than messing with your smartphone. http://www.harborfreight.com/10-piece-12-in-torque-limiting-extension-bar-set-69870.html

electromage
The only thing I'd like from the 2763 is a mid-torque or higher low-torque setting. It takes a long time to get to 100 ft/lbs when it's on low.
rocket1420
A 2763 with One Key would kick ass. Well, more ass than the 2763 already kicks. I saw a demo of the One Key hammer drill. I had no desire to own one, but once I saw the demo, I'm really excited about it. I should've never doubted Milwaukee.
Bigmikez
I'd be happy if they made a smaller 2763 with the same power at more of an angel like the IR impact to fit in tighter spots

I wouldn't mind adding the Dewalt to my tool line but I just can't justify the purchase at the moment or maybe I can.......

JimboS1ice
Not a bad deal, whether you get the Dewalt or the Milwaukee you will not be disappointed pretty much identical in specs just depends on your color.JimboSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
