  14. Buy for my wife? She's got me! What the heck else does she need?!?!?!?!?!
  15. Sorry for the late response WT. I think you really need to ask yourself what purpose you want use the extractor in. If a contractor...bite the bullet. Your mobile work site will be super clean keeping your customer happy. If you are a DiY type you really need to figure out how much you want to spend. You ca get a Cyclone or Dust Deputy and use it as an I between from your power tool to your Ridgid, Shop Vac....whatever shop vac. This cuts down on filter changes etc. by creating a vortex which traps the fine particulate in the dust deputy (or whatever brand as I use shop vac for any type of shop related vacuum) and allowing the the shop vac to only collect the bigger stuff. Air pollutants are cut down drastically. my Festool Midis can be used as both a shop vac or DC extractor but truthfully I use these tools for power tool use only. They have plug ins (which by the way you can buy and wore to a cheap shop vac) for my power tools and actually tun on and prove DC and particle containment and keep running for a second or two after your tool is off. They are quiet and keep things very clean. My next step will be a Dust Deputy for my Ridgid for use with my planer. For me dust contamination is very scary. I have a small woodshop in my base, ent and cutting MDF and various other types of wood can be hazardous so I am VERY particular about this subject. I hope this helps WT!!
  16. WT, it depends on what kind of machine you get and what you want it to do. Dewalt makes a really good one as does Bosch and Makita. Fein also makes them. I have two Festool Midi extractors. They essentially pull in all of the micro particles and pass through a HEPA filter. At some point, when I get a garage and move my shop there, I will put in a permanent extractor. It will be less expensive in the long run to run as I have to buy bags and filters. But my shop is in my basement and dust extraction and collection is a huge concern for me.
  17. hey guys...Dewalt DW745 table saw at Home Depot....$225!!!!!!!! That looks li,e a pretty awesome deal!! Additionally, Ridged R45161 Table Saw.....$199!!!!!! Both seem to be hoping good deals. Looks like Ridgid has a slightly larger table capacity plus lifetime service. Dewalt....well that's just a really good saw.
  18. NE are you going to get the new Paolini gauge? I am placing an order for two, one metric one imperial. The only problem I see is they are thinner than the first run. They are quite a bit cheaper though.
  19. I'm going to agree with Comp here. I've just finished moving the laundry appliances over to the other side of my basement to expand my woodshop. I used....and boy is it sweet....my M12 Fuel Hackzall. The 4.0 battery pack (I have two plus a 2.0) are freakin' awesome. Super long run timme. Cut a bunch of old nails in the base, ent walls, tore down a big work station etc. buzz buzz buzz. Still at three on the gauge. 5.0 for my two little cutters would be great but I don't need to spend it on that. Now my new DCD985 hammer drill is running 3.0 and I was killing those batteries with my 20v saw and hammer. Looking to score a 5.0 at some point.
  20. They've got a self making brewery in Nashua. I haven't been but I hear it's quite. The place. You go in, research your spices and Hopps, put them together and brew and bottle your own. Nashua is a about an hour and a half ride for here so I haven't quite made it but.,,, Also....I am not sure why but after watching the video DR....I kinda want some milk....and cookies.....
  21. They are limited issues from Boston. I'm not a drinker to be quite honest but I love this brew and the Porch Rocker from Sam Adams. Problem is, limited run, limited supplies. I will say. Stressful day at work, cold and wet. Got home and just finished one in a frozen tumblr playing Call of Duty. Ahhhhhhh.....this is a great afternoon.
  22. Dude....it is soooooo good. Orange and nutmeg, cinnamon....mmmmmm mmmm mmmmmm
  23. The pick is for you Jason....Merry Christmas hahahahahaha
