  1. Yeah that is pretty cool stuff Jimbo but....I don't think I'll get one. I've got the Rolair and it is awesome. The Cadex 18g brad? That's a distinct possibility. $199 and a systainer is pretty slick and it'll compliment my Grex 23g pinner.
  2. I just got the notification from ToolNu, you buying one Regopit?
  3. Nice job rich. Are you thinking about putting in a router lift or just using a mount?
  4. Nice job rich, it looks awesome. Love the hard wood frame too.
  5. How serious are you about woodworking? A cordless drill, though nice is certainly not the only one at the top of the list! A circular saw, a router, a small drill are really great tools to have! Jigsaws are great, especially if you don't have a bandsaw. A jigsaw can do long straight cuts with a rail and a very thick blade but a circular saw would do much better. The dremel, while very nice to have, has been absent from my shop for quite some time now. I might pick one up to do some light carving but I don't use it all that much. If you want to do pocket hole joinery and keep your projects small a drill and a jig saw would be great, a circular saw should be up there at the top of your list too though. You can make a rail to run your circular saw on and make long accurate cuts until such a time as you can afford a table saw or a bandsaw. A router would also be at the top of my list and can be found for sale for cheap money and you can make pattern cuts with such a tool and have a lot of power to boot. You can also joint boards, though a pain in the butt, with a router. Sorry for for answering your question with a question and sidetracking your answers, I hate doing that, but the list of important tools grows quickly when you start down that rabbit hole! Also....don't get me started on hand tools!
  6. Great job Dwain. Really unique. Love it.
  7. I have the Journeyman linesman pliers and they are phenomenal as well as the high viz diagonals and a multi driver. They are fantastic tools.
  8. Sorry Nalu! Here's the set I got.... https://www.kctoolco.com/gedore-s-8393-3-piece-pliers-set/ It looks pretty sweet, I've got a bunch of NWS pliers and absolutely love them but these look really solid and I really need a pipe wrench so.....
  9. I hear you Nalu. I actually just bought my first Gedore tools from KC today, they are out of stock but I figured I would order the set and take advantage of the 20% off while I can. Still love my American made Kleins though!!
  10. Yeah I am pretty happy with the set and the price I got from KC was awesome!
  11. I also go at the micro driver set too. They are awesome. Still love my Kleins too. All I use are Wera and Klein for sets.
  12. Go to the set. They are awesome. And they are made with a....
  13. Sorry to hear that bro. People that steal tools get a special place in hell.
  14. Thank you Mike. The more the merrier that's for sure, I truly appreciate that sir!
  15. I'm with "Not Carl" on this one. I think for a DIY type this would be great for storage. I have the fast cap extensions for my Kapex and they are really useful for material support but I think for a small shop or a garage in use, the smaller extensions would be pretty cool, plus the mitersaw roatator do hickey is kind of neat. I wouldn't buy it for my shop but that is because I have designated, actually who am I kidding? I don't even have a shop yet, are for my miter saw and am possibly building a station for it.
  16. Hahaha yeah he has some serious hair and poops more than me! Of course I have been so stressed out that last week and a half but that's okay. At this rate he will have more hair than me too!
  17. Hey guys, pretty great week here at Maine Medical! Will got taken out of the isolette on Thanksgiving morning and has maintained his temps and continues to grow. Monday he has a blood test that's pretty important for our second scare but I know God is watching over my son. I have been amazed at the center here, the staff and the volunteers at Ronald McDonald House. Samantha is amazing and has taken to motherhood like a bird in flight and is still biting my head off every time I bring up mini van to her I also learned my son is a Jedi master....These aren't the droids your looking for.....
  18. I would say I had the Ridgid 10" miter for a few years and I didn't have blade wobble with mine but from day one, I did not realize at first, my fence was NOT square to the table or the blade. I blame it on inexperience at the time but when the experience came the saw went.
  19. Glad to see you back Travis. If you need anything shoot me a pm!
