  1. This definitely gets rid of my previous dislike of the old fuel 1/4" hex impact why would anyone need 200 ft/lbs on a 1/4" hex didnt make sense to me that is too much power.
  2. Very true there is a great provider that I have chosen there speeds are not the best but there prices are rock bottom. 40$ a month for unlimited talk text and data across the country.
  3. "Every 1/8 inch helps" this could be applied to more matters in life then tools.
  4. That is more money spent on tools then I care to shake a stick at.
  5. Well actually no I'm getting the Nexus 6 phone witch runs pure android not the mutilated crap they put in Samsung so it should last for a solid amount of time, my older brother has a 3 year old Nexus 7 tablet that runs stock android it has been through every update since the day he bought it and it still runs as fast as when it came out of the box, honestly the phone will probably get stolen or lost before I need a new one because the specs double or triple a I phone 6/6+ in every aspect except video recording it cant do 720p slow mo but they could incorporate that in in a software update if they wanted too. Anyway I am kind of a Android Purest when it comes to phones.
  6. Oh that makes sense I thought that was just a role cage.
  7. Yea there was a guy who brought in a whole ton of old woodworking magazines to our "tools for the world" charity at work but we don't accept magazines so I took a box home and saw this in a add in some of the magazines. another add I saw from PC was this bad idea that must have been mentioned in a meeting.
  8. I have a friend who is a semi truck mechanic who has one and rips off the bolts of a 18 wheeler in one charge.
  9. I'm getting a 6 inch phone this month then again I am doing it because all my pants have huge pockets my hands are huge and the internal specs are so good the phone should last for 6 years until it really starts to be out performed by new phones.
  10. Well 10 years ago Porter-Cable made a full size router and it did pretty okay.
  11. Everyone at my summer job should be dead.
  12. Yea the best description is that it should sound like bacon frying.
  13. Yea I guess I take it for credit that I learned how but i'm not that great, maybe if I had learned in welding class instead of picking it up in auto body class, cause I still don't know how to TIG.
  14. Well I did sign a contract that says I cant talk about that until 5 years after I stop working there but It was supposed to also be seen by 2 witnesses when I signed it but there wasn't so on clearance Items I get it for half usually. oh and the ones at work are the ROS65VC5 not ROS65VCL so It only has the 5 inch pad and I don't think it has the case ether.
  15. Oh its going to only cost pennies after the discount I get on it because its clearance.
  16. The Miller auto set makes it a breeze to weld nice beads. Its not that yours is strong, Its more like with the amount of oil we produce and oil tanking it we tank it too.
  17. Well If you look at the requirements of a router it needs to be able to spin a bit at 25,000 RPM and have the torque to keep the blade from jamming so that requires a pretty beefy motor and most DC motors cant handle that kind of rpms the fastest DC tool motor I have heard of is a Milwaukee drill motor that does 22,00 rpms if I remember correctly.
  18. It took Ryobi way to long and the other guys have been lagging way behind, a full size cordless router has been around for just over 10 years.
  19. Welcome to the form digging the box looks very professional, just wondering how does it store air.
  20. Wait we have 3 of these at work on the clearance shelf for 219 I am totally getting one.
  21. So work is having a welding sale this month and the deals are real good the welders are priced very low, so take a look at the Flyer. Here are 4 great welders, the Auto-Set is great for the hobbies and the Multimatic is great for portability at 29 pounds and dual voltage. Miller Millermatic 141 Auto-Set Mig Welder 799.95$Can (640$ US) Miller Millermatic 190 Auto-Set Mig Welder 999.95$Can (800$ US) Miller Millermatic 211 Auto-Set Mig Welder with Free Welding Cart 1,299.95$Can (1040$ US) Miller Multimatic 200 3 in 1 Welder with Free TIG Torch Kit 2,299.95$Can (1840$ US) Shipping to the states should be around 80-110$Can (65-85$US) for a welder. For all you Americans you have the privilege of having an amazing exchange rate at this moment of around 80 cents on the dollar so as a good estimate just take off 20$ from every 100$ on the flyer price and that's about the price you pay. Here is a review on the Miller 211 Auto-set
  22. I was thinking the same thing with regards to a dewalt or Hilti 36 volt.
