  2. Thats fine its only bad sign for your wallet.
  3. Welcome to the forms, you could try going too a dewalt service center if you live near one they should know exactly what to do and you have no chance of voiding your warranty.
  4. Can I get a quick explanation of what those switches do?
  5. When was it on sale for 100$
  6. More like once I get my employee discount that's the only thing holding me back. Oh and correction the M12 4 piece drill, impact, hackzall, light kit is 159 might have to go get one because that's cheaper than my future employ discount last time i checked because I feel like home deopts cost is cheaper because there huge.
  7. Should have gone for the Milwaukee M12 4 piece combo kit for 200$ I don't know about that Chad I am proud to say I have gone a full 7-8 weeks without buying a single tool while listening to all of you guys chatting away.
  8. Wow comp that's a real downer. What I wear is some of the most stylish steel toes I could find and I wear them all the time they are my everyday shoes they have a steel toe, composition plate, and non slip soles, there great for working in a warehouse or shop when you need toe protection but not so much ankle support, and they are really breathable. http://www.marks.com/shop/en/marks-marksdefaultsalescatalog/footwear/mens-casual-safety-shoes/mens-brock-stcp-skate-shoe-30417
  9. Just bring your wife that is all the supervision you need.
  10. So dewalt is getting a 1/2" with around 725 foot pounds, is that working or breakaway and is there any thing about a optional 3/4" anvil.
  11. I have heard rumor that the speed controller on the barrel handle model has been defective in many of them the best way is to describe the speed seems to have a mind of its own, but this dose not ever happen to the top handle version.
  12. Well we are looking at a table saw, planer, jointer, lathe, drill press so big stuff.
  13. Kreg makes plugs for almost woods thought so you can save some time. Coloured plastic almondblackwhitebrownlight brownWood CedarMapleOakPineWalnutCherry https://www.kregtool.com/store/c21/kreg-jigreg-plugs/
  14. So a small shed with the dust collector inside sounds like a good idea, we thought about a sealed room but that's a fire hazard in my moms opinion.
  15. So my family is moving within a year and am tossing the idea around with my dad of starting a woodworking shop in the basement of the new house because its a likely possibility that the house we move into will have an unfinished basement, and its something I would like to do and something my dad wants to do because hes getting older now and wants to pick up a viable hobby, but our planing has lead to one problem, we want a decent dust collector with at least one or two horsepower but the quietest ones available of that size are still 75-80 decibels so the question is how do you take something that loud, put it in a basement and then make it so it sounds like only a small hum upstairs. If you have any ideas please share we are drawing a blank.
  16. I think its just around the beans, but If my facts are straight the way they castrate steer now is by putting an elastic around the top of there sack.
  17. I have to agree that makita has one of the ugliest color choices on there tools except for the white and black ones they look ok, when I bought my first drill kit that was one of the big factors that pushed me away from there brand. Oh and congrats on going with Hilti I have heard many good things from the guys I know who own them.
  18. Yea I would say that Milwaukee has defiantly found there niche with electricians, plumbers and i'm going to have to add us mechanics on there list too. They have a large market of tradesmen cornered and I think they might stick with just that because it easier to make a few people really happy then trying to make everyone satisfied.
  19. Mine is fine too but after hearing that the screws come lose I decided to just take them out put a little dab of loctite on each thread and see how she holds up to it now.
  20. Welcome to the forms hope you find what you need.
  21. Hey Rufus great to have you on board.
  22. We got all those in at were I work about 2 months ago.
  23. I have to totally agree with you there its not like they are only compatible with there own electrical outlet.
  24. I can say that form the feedback I hear Bosch makes the best corded rotary hammers and the best concrete bits, when you go cordless I would say there far behind the new milwaukee fuel.
