  1. Dan and Eric hooked you up man that's a nice drill, great video Chris!!
  2. The guys did make it fun sometimes, I know what your saying I go crazy working in the same place for a few days
  3. You got a good set of tools there, one suggestion its to get a amp clamp type meter its very important to check amp draw on electric panels and motors.
  4. Awesome tool box you got there and loaded with some nice tools as well
  5. That's awesome a nice giant tool box forsure you can probably with an air compressor in there
  6. Permits are the worst part of the job, unfortunately all my jobs involve permits and a million pages of paper work.
  7. Nice work, I can't even color in the lines that good forget trying to do this.lol
  8. I think we all want the best tools at the cheapest price possible.
  9. It makes sense now, putting that wall to good use
  10. You're crazy Mike I don;t miss that job at all, I did that job at that age too, the most labor intensive job I ever did. Putting it back together wasn't that bad but still labor intensive especially with the hurricane code we have, a hundred thousands nails later a new roof.
  11. Love the floor, I wish we could do hardwood here but the humidity is too high here.
  12. It looks really nice. Did you plan on leaving that small wall in the shower or is it full of electrical wire and supporting the roof?? I think I would have taken the wall out, unless your using it to support the glass panels
  13. I have 3 maybe 15-20 year old Makita corded recip saws and they suck. The trigger locks on all the time after you finish your cut and you have to fight with it to get it to turn off. You have to tighten the blade with a allen key every 2 mins of work because it shakes loose. I took one out of the shed the other day to cut some copper and it stops every five seconds and makes a sound like the gears are stripped this thing has only been used a few times. I keep one in the truck and the gears are fine but has the same problem with the blade and trigger. I actually use a hacksaw (hand powered) for emt pipe if I only have a few cuts to make or I get my old 18v xrp Dewalt for more work.
  14. I should have said hammer drill because that's really all I do is tapcons, a little bit of drilling metal and wood plus some screws. Yea impacts have only become popular in the last few years but hammer drills have been around forever.
  15. That sucks. I've had an almost new 32 foot extension ladder $400 stolen by a General Contractor. I told him I was leaving the ladder here so I could come back after hes drywalled so I can hang the lights up. Almost two years go buy the homeowner calls and says come back I'm like what took so long, its a long story but she got rid of the GC. I was like where's my ladder at?? I guess its my fault but how was I suppose to know all this mess was going to happen.
  16. The worst part would be that the thieves would sell it for a quick 300 bucks
  17. I saw this mower years ago and thought, why would they put a steering wheel on a zero turn. I guess they are just trying to be different and market it more to homeowners, "Hey look its got a steering wheel so it must be easy to drive"
  18. Most of the stuff I watch is loaded on the internet the next day so this is probably a good idea to cut the cord.
  19. I would say more yellow
  20. Yup I would say 85 percent of my work is done with a drill
  21. China has knockoffs of everything its crazy, they even have Stihl chainsaws that look identical
  22. I buy stuff online because of the price is usually cheaper then the store
  23. 2 grand the heck?? That thing would get stolen off my truck in 5 mins after putting in
  24. Hey Logan welcome to the forum, I seen you around youtube, nice dog
