  1. WOW you can't even get a single 5AH battery for that. buy them all !!
  2. toolnut now has these in stock!
  3. that's what I wanted to hear since I got mine showing up tomorrow. The $350 kit price at toolnut was too hard to pass up.
  4. such an amazing drill, there is no battery slop like with my Dewalt 995 and it just seems so well built and sturdy. I was thinking that the interchangeable chucks would be a weak spot but am happy to say they are solid as permanent chucks and the pop when you remove the chuck lets you know its a solid connection. I tried it out a bit and the fact that I can use a 1/2" bit in 4th gear through some 4x pine is amazing. It just bored through it like it was butter. Well worth the $170 and easily twice that amount.
  5. it does come with an adapter which I wish my dewalt would have had included.
  6. well if you pee anything other than yellow you have major issues and better go see your nearest yellow dealer about a cure!
  7. aww you just had to say that didn't you, now my interest is piqued lol. I would love it if they would do what Milwaukee has done and allow you to control the tools settings.
  8. my bare circular saw is rated at 5150 rpm Its a type 3.
  9. well they never even made the miter saw brushless so I think you'll be waiting a while for a brushless 7 1/4" circular saw, but who knows what they are planning to do. I wouldn't be too happy if they updated the miter saw with a brushless motor after less than a year of it being released though.
  10. I really need to stay away from this forum, this along with the Fein drill is going to hurt, but in a good way.
  11. I've seen the 2 packs of 4.0ah go for $129 which imo is the better deal, but in either case thats a pretty good deal.
  12. Even though I have just bought the Dewalt 995 and M12 fuel I couldn't pass this deal up. hmm my first thought was that they are bringing out a new drill but I looked at a few different places and couldn't find the same deal anywhere else, even if that was the case I doubt the discount would be so high anyways. Thanks for the headsup btw Chris
  13. yeah I was looking at the cobalt's at lowes tonight, I am starting to build my own furniture and its a pain in the ass to cut perfectly straight lines with a circ saw so I would like something that is true and dependable
  14. I like to build my own furniture and for other people along with building decks so I wouldn't use it every day, but I also want a product that I spend my hard earned money on to be of a certain quality. Don't get me wrong I don't need a festool but I want and expect it to work and work well when needed.
  15. thats exactly what I was thinking. the tear doens't affect the suction at all so it's fine but yeah I'm getting a 2nd one for th reason you stated. Thanks again
  16. I see $159 for the cart, what do I need to do to get the $119?I do see a $20 off order over $120 but that's still $139
  17. ok yeah I'll check them out. how is the slide on the Ryobi, is it smooth?
  18. thanks and I was thinking the same thing. I wish we had a home depot so I could try out the Ryobi and Ridgid offerings. wish I had $1500 for the Festool
  19. WoW that is beautiful! yeah ok I saw that before, where do you get the felt from if you don't mind me asking?
  20. A harbor frieght just opened up in town and they have an chicago electric 12" double bevel sliding miter saw on sale for $140 with coupon, regular price is liste at $300. Does anyone have any experience with these saws, and if so is it worth the $140? I just want a sliding miter saw for 2x and 4x but this seems to good to be true. http://www.harborfreight.com/12-in-Double-Bevel-Sliding-Compound-Miter-Saw-With-Laser-Guide-System-61969.html?ccdenc=eyJjb2RlIjoiMTk1MTM4NTQiLCJza3UiOiI2MTk2OSIsImlzIjoiMTM5Ljk5IiwicHJvZHVjdF9p%0D%0AZCI6IjEwNzgwIn0%3D%0D%0A
  21. If you want the best you have to go with festool vecturo or the fein supercut? I have the Dewalt cordless and though I like the paddle switch I wish you could lock it at any speed you want instead of fullspeed only. They did it on the blower so maybe in the next revision. That might be 10 years down the road knowing Dewalt.
  22. thanks for the info, not a big deal since it still works but yeah its new so i'll replace it and use the old one strictly for sanding.
  23. well I got the hose adaptor to work, the only problem is all of the rubber cement they use to attach the hose to the end piece. Anyways I got it working but tore the hose a bit, oh well it still works. Does anyone know where one can buy a new hose for the 581H? I have been looking but nothing so far.
  24. no no we said they don't make good nailers. haha jk but i've never seen one at the hundreds of jobsites i've been at over the last few years. That might tell us something lol.Oh well you can't hit on em all.
  25. wow that Bosch would be perfect for someone who just wants one tool to do everything around the home. I wonder how much better that SDS adaptor is than your basic hammer drill? I'm assuming that it's not sold in the NA market and sadly that to get one here would cost more in shipping than the tool itself. oh probably not if you are buying the full kit with sds, angle, offset etc etc since its 459 GBP which is $702
