  1. I like the idea of pissing my work mates off when I walk away to my van and they decide to pick my impact driver up they will get annoyed when it doesn't work and I'm like use your own impact mate lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Has anyone got the Bluetooth batteries and if so do how does the out of range thing work do they reconnect automatically even if it's the next day when you walk back to your tools ? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  8. Thanks for the heads up , on their eBay it says out of stock but doesn't say that on their website but they are out of stock as I messaged them today and they said they will have more in next week Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  11. Hi all I'm thinking of buying the dcf887 which will be my first dewalt tool , I have all bosch 18v which is superb but a few things with the new brushless impact I have are niggling me and it's not up there with the power of the dcf887 so I'm thinking of buying the 2ah kit as I want this impact to be nice and light and still with the 2ah batteries it will still be more powerful then the bosch and it's more compact and also I like the chuck with the one hand operation ! Any feedback from owners of this impact ? Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. I'm on about my fisco tape measure mate Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. No it was on the bosch forum they said the new model was the same as the old model just blade on the right and that model number ends 57g for blade on the right ! So obviously bosch aren't making a brushless model Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. I have something like that it shows 1 inch but if I play with it for a bit it shows more ..... Lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Found out more to this the bosch rep said the new saw is blade on the right so you have a choice of left or right now which is a shame as I thought when bosch made a new saw they would make it brushless but they haven't Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Well I watched the recent cop tool video and they are available from 4 inch upwards and this is what interested me as I want one for my 4 1/2 inch grinder Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Has anyone used one of these new Milwaukee steelhead blades ? If so are they good or have they not been released yet as I just watched a video on you tube but they didn't demo it so want some feedback ? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Yeah what you do with these is you put them on the hinge side of the door you drill into the door and screw the bolt into the door then put the plate with the hole in on the frame and when the door closes the bolt - stud goes in to the frame for extra security in case anyone tries baring on the Hinge side Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Also using these are a good idea on wooden doors Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. My god you lot get some good deals in America !! We don't have anywhere in the UK that does deals like this Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. they aren't badly priced here in the UK Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. They are one of them designs that don't do both very well , it's not a great table saw and it's not a great mitre saw but for the right person it works for them Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Yeah that's what I thought , when are you doing the comparison then ? I have the brushless bosch GDR I changed the gdx for it as I got fed up with certain bits not clicking into the gdx , I do like the 887 though I'm very tempted Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. By the way how much noticeable difference in power is there between a 2.0ah slim pack in this tool to a fat pack ? When dewalt say its 205nm is that figure using the slim or fat pack ? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. I think that's because you have to keep the trigger pulled and wait a long while for the last few impacts and cos it's such a long wait no one realises it does this in speed one , but putting that aside the way this impact works in speed 2 and 3 is making me want to buy my first dewalt 20v !
