My Bosch 18v GOP multi tool has somehow worn the battery slot so now any battery I put in is loose , I've sent bosch some photos and a short video I'm just wondering if any one else has this problem? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Wish I had a toolbox that stroked all my kit mate lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Bosch invented the jigsaw and are known for great jigsaws , I have the bosch 18v and it's the best cordless I've used it just feels right unlike the dewalt which is like a brick ! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

These are what I use and they are very good for what they are Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Same as me all bosch and metabo in my van good choice
-
I also use mine to clean out my kit boxes like my dewalt tough boxes and my bosch l-boxx's because when you leave the small nozzle on the vacuum it doesn't suck up any of my impact bits so I can basically go round the box collecting all the dust a saw dust without moving any of my bits it works well .

I have one at home in the kitchen for cleaning my car and doing the stairs in the house and just general tidying and it's great , I also have the 18v and I prefer the 10.8v one ! The one thing I will say is stay away from brick dust it blocks the filters so quick.

Yes I hope so , I had the recip saw and one good thing with it was you could use jigsaw blades in it as well as recip blades

Yeah I would like to see a bigger line up in the bosch as well as metabo as metabo doesn't have much at all and I haven't seen any brushless metabo yet
-
I have plenty of bosch 10.8v and a few metabo 10.8v and the bosch is a better line up but the metabo there's just something about it I love it and there's nothing fancy about it but it just does the job well and even the 1.5ah batteries last ages I swear metabo battery technology is the best
-
Yeah I like the look of them I've just bought a 5.2 ah battery for my metabo and that has the gauge on as well as on the tool itself which is good and the battery lasts ages and I mean ages
-
I have bosch and metabo and like them both but I do like the slide on packs like dewalt and the new makita as they just feel better to grip what are your thoughts on this ? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Just seen this today according to bosch they are the fastest at 18v charging Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

No it isn't the left one is magnetic and the right one is only magnetic with the leave when you remove the sleeve its just a holder without the magnet as I bought it thinking it was magnetic with or without the sleeve and I was wrong

Best way to get a good idea is have a look what amp the charger is as the new bosch one is 8 amp but that also charges the 36v batteries too which is good ! The dewalt is only 4 amp so twice as slow , the Makita is 8 or 9 amp I think ? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Ha I'm the same 90% of my tools are bosch but the other 10% is metabo and I'm slowly buying more metabo I just wish metabo would start producing more 10.8v kit
-
I like that but not the price Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Even though the impact is very basic it's really good and mine has took such a beating and it's my wet weather impact for when I'm doing guttering in the rain and it's still going strong! I just want metabo to update their range and add some tools as there isn't a lot to choose from Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

yes this one it's the bs quick
-
I didn't know that , I'm waiting for metabo to come out with a brushless 10.8v impact so it will do the battery justice !
-
Lol treat it's my bloody iPhone ha Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
