Well the Dewalt framing blade I picked up has pretty well crapped out. Got dull quick in wet PT 2x10's. Switched to my 40t Diablo.

I know what you mean. That was my dilemma exactly. Ultimately I just don't like a snug jacket, and want to be able to wear a little bulk underneath occasionally.

I'm not sure I agree that posting positive reviews of tools should equate to more lenient consideration of warranty issues. Seems like a slippery slope to me, and further makes me much less inclined to give much weight to the "review" when something is expected in return. JMHO.
